That part of the complexes is being renovated , dusty noisy smelling builders every were.everything you don't want about a hotel .. The hotel business is about putting people to sleep ... The manager of the intercontinental Hong Kong told me that ....not taking money and asking you to fill out a reward reveiw

privacy and quite. walking distance to the lobby for breakfast but it would be some difficulties during raining. room is clean and good view of golf course.

Overall I enjoyed the stay there and the staffs are very friendly. The location is good if you just want to go there to relax. If you like to go any where else, you will need to hire cab or car to go out which can be expensive as it's far from Patong beach and other places of interest.
Nightlife Tip:
Go to Patong beach. A must.

Very simply accomodation. We have not much stay in the hotel but we have OK at the final compare with the expenses. The shuttle boat is very attractive us to use. The breakfast is nice but we have a bit problem with the mosquitoes. However, over all is fine to us.

The first impression from when we arrived, the staff is so friendly but we waited more than 15 minutes to check in, the building we stayed must across the street seem funny, not feel like the resort at all, however, the hotel location is closed to many restaurant in that area but you need the transportation, not so close to walk to.

have stayed here 3 times now - great offers from amex on bogof nights - get 1 free so £65 average for a two bed suite golf view with breakfast etc - you can get a one bed suite for £85 div 2 is £42.50 per night you will not beat the price to quality ratio anywhere in phuket - the staff are great - breakfast is fine - little expensive on thge drinks - but hey dont hesitate
Restaurant Tip:
go to the black cat for dinner - get free bus to outskirts of resort then about a 10 min walk and well worth it - I had a car so no such probs for me - also the capri again free bus and 1 min walk great little italian

部屋がとても広かったです。４人でスイートに滞在しましたが充分でした。庭がとても広いです。次回は旅行できたいです。朝食もタイ、アメリカンあり私的には充分でした。

Laguna区域安静，高雅，免费shuttle bus给周边出行带来极大方便，告诉保安，一会儿就会有车接你去目的地。酒店有两个大泳池，一个面对泻湖，一个面对高尔夫球场，都有躺椅，房间里有专用浴巾。只是要自带拖鞋，酒店没提供室内和室外的拖鞋。有免费wifi，挺好用。早餐不算豪华和精致，但选择还算够多。套房面积很大，还带电磁炉，微波炉。总之，性价比较好。
