Stunning hotel with wonderful views. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and at all times tried their best to please. The rooms are lovely with superb bathrooms and all the facilities including fresh fruit on arrival.Pool and infinity pool superb too.

Very quiet location- need to get a cab to any other facility apart from those provided by the hotel.

The hotel offers all the facilities that a modern traveler requires from a resort, exceptional facilities including a Spa.We went out of season so it was incredibly quiet, so quiet that on the first night we thought we were the only people staying there. It is out of the way this hotel and you need to get a taxi to and from the resort.Free transport to Naka island for sandy beach was a nice touch (shame you can only stay 2 hours).Taxi's are relatively cheap so suggest use to get to nearest resorts.English was sometimes misunderstood at reception and so at times communication is difficult but all staff try so had to understand and help you.Food was good but as we were out of season many items were missing off the extensive menu- including some basics.Overall worth a visit for the amazing scenery, interesting pool and lovely staff.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the Gibbon Sanctuary/ Waterfall in National Park is a nice visit but don't go on arranged tour- just get a cab from reception as 8 mins away and go on your own tour- missing out the tourist elephant ride at major cost!

A modern clean resort with a great swimming pool

a very basic level of service in the restaurant. A lot of msoquitos in the bar and foyer area

A modern resort best suited for families. If you want to travel you need a car as the resort is a long way from the more developed beaches. It is a good jumping off point for day or longer visits to some of the other islands. The staff were friendly but the off season is clearly a marginal proposition to keep the reort open. I think there were only four other rooms occupied. A rental car costs about THBv1200 per day and is a good investmnet.

Travel tip : Rent a car you will be lost without it.

Room big, clean with amazing view. Great food and stuff service. Hotel is providing cars or motorbikes for rent so you can explore the island.

SPA experience - could be much better for that price!

That is great resort if you looking for quiet, private hideaway. Rooms are amazing with a breathtaking view. Everyday we could enjoy sunrise from our bed. Stuff is very helpful. Restaurant has great food and service. Hotel is far away from the famous Phuket`s beach (Surin, Patong) but you can get there by car or mothorbike within one hour.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can enjoy free of charge trip to the nearestislands with the privat hotel`s boat.

Excellent view - blue sky, blue sea, blue pool

Staff were polite and tried to be helpful, but we found the coordination and communication between departments rather lacking.

A good getaway if you want a location of tranquility where few can find you. But this also means that it would be best if you rented a car so that you can move around easily as transportation in Phuket is very costly. We found the staff friendly and tried their best to be helpful, but the coordination between departments regarding information, handover between shifts seemed rather lacking. Staff were new and not very familiar with hotel offers and availabilities, so we had different information from different staff.

Hotel Feature Tip : Seafood at Ao Po Seafood restaurant was good and value for money. It is located next to the pier. You need to book transport to go there though which costs 200 Baht. Do not pay driver. Pay the hotel. Check your hotel bill to ensure no double charge.

A great place to stay if you like your solitude far away from the chaos of Patong but if you aren't on a package tour I suggest you stay here only if you have your own transportation or if you don't mind taking a lot of taxis. It is a great place to take day trips to Phi Phi and James Bond Island since it is close to Au Po.

Taxi was 400 BAHT to the airport from here when we left March 2008.

Hotel Feature Tip : The private bungalows there are over looked by the main hotel, so no privacey if you use your pool.

The hotel, staff and surroundings were excellent. The booking service through Agoda was smooth and fault free

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The tour desk and taxi drivers were well informed and spoke good English. They were informative and friendly. Tommy and Eat were the best and Tommy even collects you at 4 a.m. from Patong.

Super roomy, and clean room. Nice breakfast in the morning with a great view.

It is a bit far from everything.

We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel. It almost deserves a 5 star. However, it is more than 20 minutes (by car) away from all tourist interests.

Hotel is quiet. Suitable for the holiday. The only path to adults. The hotel has a personal atmosphere, good view beautiful room suitable for passion.(Price book through Agodo) If a price seems to be not fully effective. Swimming pool, very nice. Beautiful, clean hotel room environment. Not far from the airport professionals.

If no private cars to travel difficulties. Have access to all the hotels charge low (approximately 5 return bus stop charged 200 baht) is not reasonable, the hotel restaurant menu is not diverse. Intends to review the good expensive but not buy.

The hotel should improve food items to the variety of Thai food and food for Inter National choice to customers. Should not suggest to customers at restaurants Porto Bay Seafood Restaurant, as a grade. The imprint of the customer to return to service again. (Do not count everything. Currently available in the city around noon, and again it will be about 6 o'clock that evening long customers no choice) should have a year.Is held about 6 o'clock that evening too long consumers have no choice) or counter labels should list travel guide. Show with reasonable price for customers to see clearly. Because some customers do not know that.Network operator or travel guide display counters. Show with reasonable price for customers to see clearly. Because some customers do not know where should I go to see. Decided not to because of missing data and uncertain.

Hotel Feature Tip : Good atmosphere, ideal for relaxation. But should be prepared to feed your own. Because the hotel food is quite bad. Getting in and out if the car would not be right to want.Agoda to book through ้ to be reasonable if booking through the hotel directly considered too expensive. To travel program should advance themselves.

beautiful facility, beautiful pool, great views, good food, good service

in the open lobby many mosquitoes at night, so the PC usage (stand in the lobby) no evening entertainment, situated a little off, the next (small) place 2 km away

It is a hotel with high standard apart from the usual tourist paths. The beach here is not so nice beach holiday should be extended to other island side dodge. For all others it is wonderful. The view over the sea and the islands is great, the pool is fantastic. The breakfast (a la carte) is excellent. The kitchen offers plenty of Thai dishes, but is something the Western taste. At present (winter 2008 / 2009) seems to have little capacity, so with special offers really good prices as measured by the comfort.

Restaurant Tip : in Ao Po (approx 20 min walk from the hotel) are available at the road junction to the right after 50 meters, a very good restaurant
