- Good location
- Clean and spacious room
The hotel forgot to pick me up at the airport, and it's almost midnight! I've been waiting at the arrival gate for an hour and no one pick up the phone. Finally I decided to take the taxi to the hotel. When I reached there the staff said that they didn't have my taxi reservation So I showed them the taxi reservation email and they couldn't speak anymore. They upgraded me to the Deluxe room as a compensation.
All in all, this is an ok hotel in a very good location in Phuket Town. The breakfast was a bit boring, and the lobby was dark. But the room was ok.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Nearby bus station to various cities in Bangkok is very useful if you continue exploring Thailand after Phuket.

It was close to the bank, outdoor food market and clothing expo.
No computers available for internet. Not much around the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. Steamed eggs and some sliced deli ham.
The room was big, but I was right next to some outdoor ventilation (Room #201). Don't stay in this room as it can be noisy at times. I think the sound comes from the kitchen. No computers available for internet. Yes, the hotel is located next to a bus station, but that's only helpful if you plan to take a bus to Bangkok, Krabi, etc. If you don't mind walking you can reach the downtown area after about 15 minutes. There are a few temples and stuff tucked away on some side streets so you'll have to hunt for them. Tuk tuk drivers will tell you they are not there (i.e. burnt down) and offer to take you somewhere far away. It's a lie.
Restaurant Tip : Plenty of good street food so plan on eating that for lunch and dinner. Leave the hotel and get on to Phang Na road. Go right one block then left for about 3-5 blocks. You'll see plenty of restaurants to choose from.

-Fairly new property
-Nice decor
-Flimsy hollow core door did not seem secure nor sound-proof
-Breakfast weirdness
-No amenities in bathroom
This small fairly new boutique hotel is situated in a so-so neighborhood
It's quite new and the decor is chic
Front staff is not as polished as at other Thai hotels I've stayed at.
The door to our room was a very cheap, light hollow core type.
The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable.
In the bathroom, the only amenity was a single liquid soap dispenser.
The hotel was only good value because we got a really good rate through Agoda.
The hotel and rooms were clean.
Breakfast was odd.....about 30 seconds after each guest sat down, a plate of fried egg and other items were plunked down in front of them.....without asking. This breakfast looked like it had been all pre-made and sitting under heat lamps for a while.....it almost looked plastic.
There was a cold buffet with some limited fruit and bread selections.
The hotel was fine for an overnight stop-over between the airport and the ferry.

Good location if you are riding the bus to or from Phuket or if you have a car. Clean comfortable room with nice decor.
The free breakfast is terrible and hardly worth the trouble. Not near the beaches, if that is what you are here for. No bathtub and the shower makes the bathroom floor wet.
This is a nice small hotel and a decent value. Forget about the breakfast though! The eggs and ham were served very cold, the coffee was barely drinkable, and flies covered the fruit. But other than that, this is a nice place to stay. The room was good, bed was comfortable, and the location next to the bus station is convenient if that is what you are using to come to or leave Phuket. But be warned that this is in Phuket Town, and no where near the beaches or resorts.

new, nice deco with modern touch, close to bus station
no hot water supply, window facing back of building
we stayed there in early April 09, overall is still ok except there's no hot water supply. We complained this to the housekeeping as well as front desk, they sent someone to check then informed us that the water is "warm" not hot, but will their technician to check. Personally I don't think the water is warm at all, it is freezing COLD !!! and it was raining that day, I can't enjoy a proper shower due to the water temperature. Until the next day when we checked out, the water is still COLD. I think probably there's nothing they can do, it seems to me that the water heater is undersize and therefore can't cope with the demand.
Travel tip : to save cost, you can take bus from the bus station (5 min walk) to airport. the journey will take you an hour and it costs you only 85bath per person compare to taxi which will cost you 550 to 600 bath.

we got to bhukitta in the evening and a nice lady welcomed us at the reception, we got the room in 5 minutes and it was a nice clean well equiped room, after a quiet night we woke up for breakfest which was served near the loby downstairs, a good rich breakfest, all and all a good hotel to stay at, for a short stay its perfect.
Restaurant Tip : try the local resturants around the area, cheap and yummy.

excellent location - 2 minutes from the bus station but quiet and out of the way.
Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
breakfast - Western food available but doubtful hygiene and no real alternative. Simple tea and toast would do!
Less than two years old and excellently located, the Bhukitta Spa is a great oasis in Phuket Town. Get off the bus and don't go out on to the main street - go to the end of the lane and there it is, so very quiet and secure.
Pleasant staff, big airy room and beds and comforters to die for. Free water every day and mini bar not ridiculously priced. Lots of TV channels. Only problem is the breakfast - toast, tea and coffee fine but they insist on giving you eggs, salad and sausages which are all cold and you don't know how long they've been standing, so really have to leave it which is a waste.
not far to go out to find cheap food - out to the main road, turn right and fall into the first evening roadside restaurant which is really good.
Phuket Town is all about atmosphere and wandering, not much else for tourists and about an hour to the beaches, so stop here for a day or two before heading off and enjoy.

Nice clean hotel with friendly people and staff in the center of Phuket town. Perfect massage team! Busstation nearby, but we advice to organize your own transport.
In the rooms at the 1 st floor at the front the windows can't open. No furniture. This has to be changed. Rooms at the back has no view. Cold shower. The baked eggs at the breakfast are prepared before needed and served cold. The name Spa is to much. The massage and treatment is OK but i can't call it a Spa.
It is preferred to take a room from the second floor and up at the front of the hotel. The 1 st floor at the front has no balcony and the windows can't open. The rooms at the back are smaller and have no view (view at a wall off a building). The bus station is very nearby, but the hotel is no resort. It is recommended to rent your own transportation for maximum freedom.

The hotel is well maintained and located near to an economy shopping bazaar, shopping complex and seafood roadside stall (walking distance 5-10 minutes). Very much recommended for those who are in budget trip but want some clean and comfortable place.
The water heater function is a bit different from others, we only manage to find the right position for the water heater at the last day of stay. Need to be improve... suggest for those who go after this to check with the reception b4 u go bathroom.
I really feel it is the best hotel for the same budget. Advice for those who wish to go patong or beach site everyday, do not pick city hotel because it cost you about 350baht to 600baht for traveling from city to patong beach.
Shopping Tip : Expo Bazaar nearby.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful.
There are a few clubs near by and can get a bit noisy from midnight to 2am. There is not much to do in the town!
The hotel is well placed next to the bus station for the airport. It is clean and the staff are friendly. There was not really anything to do in the Town so we had to spend a lot of time over at Patong Beach. There are a couple of clubs very near by and the loud music can keep those light sleepers awake until early morning. There are a couple of nice places to eat but not any where really to have a drink which was a big shame.
Travel tip : If you are looking for a little bit of fun, you have to go to Patong Beach!

Good location, wonderful spa and the packages they offer is really value for money.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room was vey spacious and the channel selection was extensive.Breakfast is outdoor so we saw flies settle on the food so we skipped breakfast. Room had the view of someone back door, enough said. The spa was very good and offered good service and the price was reasonable too.

The bath room is very practically designed and one can take a good shower. The room is pretty clean with coffee making facility. The air condition is good. The bed is quite comfortable for a good sleep since my bed is a double bed. The television is very old and therefore the picture is not clear.
Did not find anything that is negative except there is a few mosquito in the room.
The staff of this hotel is very helpful and accommodating and goes out of their way to help the guest. They allowed me to use their internet facilities when I requested to check my email. I feel that this hotel goes out of their way to help the hotel guest.
Restaurant Tip : There is a nice restaurant nearby where you can sit and enjoy a meal. The bus station is also within walking distance to take a bus or a taxi.

clean well organised rooms. Close to bus station. Staff very helpfull.
blocked shower outlet, poor view from rooms at rear of hotel.
shower outlet slightly blocked. Bathroom gets flooded when taking a shower. Views from double rooms at back just face onto side of neighbouring building, front facing rooms aparently only twins, so was not able to swap. Food at restaurant opposite (part of hotel) a little poor - using minced chicken in a chicken and cashew nut dish is not ideal!

Slow service. Very poor breakfast.
Seems like the staff at Bhukitta have no experience of running a hotel. Whimsy routines and slow service. Booked double bed but got twin bed. 4 nights meant upgrading to DeLuxe room but when changed to double bed room next morning got Superior again (with smaller balcony than normal). Breakfast was cold because burners under eggs and rice not switched on...
