OK hotel but they lost my luggage

what can I say. they lost the luggage i left to concierge. and they claim it is not their responsibility!!! in the surveillance video it clearly shows that some other guest accidentally took my luggage and the hotel didn't check at all. a buffet of luggage for anyone basically. after calling them for days, they finally agree to help me locate my luggage. fortunately, they found it in the airport where the guest who took my luggage by mistake realized it is not his luggage... so, please do be more mindful in taking care of guests' luggage going forward. and thanks for finding the luggage

Lovely hotel tucked away in a ok location

The hotel was great and the service was amazing. The location however was not so great. The werent very many restuarant choices if you wanted to walk anywhere. We had a hard time getting anywhere unless we had transportation arranged.
Hotel Feature Tip:
They have a great pool that you have to take advantage of. It is a very large pool that is great for doing laps in.

The hotel charged us for extra breakfast without informing in advance, yet the price of breakfeast wasn't reasonable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The final bus to the airport is 06:30pm every day, and there is almost no taxi in Phuket, so if you miss the buses at bus terminal, you have to pay at least 500THB to get to the airport by private "taxi" or tuktuk.

Nice hotel!
Really nice staff, beautiful decor, nice surrounding areas.

It was a great hotel for its value, it had a nice little restaurant outside the hotel and is conveniently located right next to the Phuket Bus Terminal. However, it was far from any of the beaches, if you don't have a car or other forms of transportation readily available, it would be hard to get around the Phuket area.

sur trois chambres une sans aucune ouverture !!! des cars de chinois envahissent l'hotel. ils sont extremement bruyants dès 6 h du matin, ils crachent partout.

nous avons ete tres satisfait de notre sejour. l hotel correspondait parfaitement a nos attentes propres, faciles d acces par contre assez bruyant a cause d une boite de nuit de l autre cote de la rue. Le personnel n est pas tres agreable mais c est un hotel parfait pour une courte de halte a phuket avant de prendre le bateau pour une ile
Le petit dejeuner n est vraiment pas al hauteur, pas bon et tres peu de choix.. POur finir je dirais que l hotel offre un bon rapport qualite pris pour la thailande seul le petit dejeuner et les salles de bain qui sont sommaire doivent etre ameliorer.

バスターミナル・ピピ島行きの港に近い、宿泊代が安い

ピピ島行きの朝の船に乗るための前泊として利用しました。夜８時頃でしたが特に問題なくチェックインし、近くのコンビニへ行きました。治安が悪い感じではありませんが、人通りは少なかったです。部屋は寝室・居間に簡単なキッチンが付いています。広すぎてガランとした感じです。朝食は付いていましたが値段相応です。チェックアウト時には従業員が部屋の状態をチェックするのでタクシーの時間より早めにチェックアウトするのが良いと思います。私が泊まったときは中華系のお客さんが多いようでした。

長距離バスターミナルから徒歩数分
徒歩数分のバスターミナルから、エアポート行きのバス ８５バーツ

ピピ島からの帰りに、１泊だけしました。ピピ島からのフェリーが着く港からホテルまでは、ミニバンで一人５０バーツです。
このホテルを選んだ理由は、エアポート行きのバス乗り場がすぐ近くにある、ということです。３０分おきに運航し、一人８５バーツ、所要時間１時間ほどです。
ホテル自体は、可もなく不可も無く、といったところです。スタッフの対応や部屋の掃除などは問題ないと思います。
しかし、朝食は、品数も少なく、今まで泊ったホテルの中で最低レベルです。期待しないほうが無難です。
タイの遠方にバスで行かれる方や、ピピ島からのトランジットとして利用する分には便利なホテルです。
Restaurant Tip:
ホテルの数軒先に、Je t'aime というベトナム＆タイ料理のレストランがあります。雰囲気も良く値段も手ごろで、３人で２０００円以内で済みました。

อยู่ใกล้กับ บขส. และจุดขึ้นรถรับ-ส่งแอร์พอร์ต บัส ร้านอาหารเยอะ มีเซเว่นใกล้ๆ

โรงแรมอยู่ในตัวเมือง เดินทางสะดวกจากสนามบินก็ขึ้นรถแอร์พอร์ตบัสมาลงที่ บขส. แล้วเดินเข้าซ.มานิดหน่อยก็ถึงโรงแรม โรงแรมไม่ใหญ่มาก ใกล้ๆมีเซเว่น ร้านอาหาร และร้านขายของฝาก ใกล้กับย่านตึกเก่าด้วย

ใกล้ย่านกรุงเก่า มีอาหารขึ้นชื่อให้ชิมหลายอย่าง
