We had a nice stay at the hotel. However, hotel did not inform us in advance that they do not provide dinner. During our first night stay there we got to know about the same around 9PM when we proceeded towards hotel restaurant for dinner. And the hotel being 10-15 mins away from the Patong town we were kind of helpless. Luckily we got a shuttle which came to drop some guest back to hotel.

seaview was something exceptionally. hotelroom was nice and nice to stay in balkong. poolarea nice, beach ok. poolservices not available eg. drinks. the lift is not available, only from the lobby to the breakfast. good for exercise if you are in good shape. only 2,5 kilometers to the paradise beach. nice distance to walking/jogging. you can to do good training, very good hills. beatiful nature, quiet. only 4 kilometers from the centre of patong. shuttle service, free.

good location, sea view is great from almost all rooms, only thing is the staff is not friendly, and noone will help to pickup luggage, also there is no lift from main lobby to upper floors!! also the hotel is not too far from patong and bangla road...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. It has an awesome location for quiet and relaxation. It has a small, private beach and all the hotel features are up to standard. It's 10 minutes' drive from Patong where all the nightlife is happening. Taxi fare is normally 300 Baht. 2 points of critism would ge the food quality and lack of elevators. Food was very basic, but not worth not choosing this hotel. I had a foot injury before my trip and was on crutches which made the lack of elevators an issue for me, however they changed our room to one on the lowest floor and brought breakfast to our room without us having to ask. I would deinately rcommend.

It's a nice hotel with their own small beach, not really suitable to sun tanned over here. Quite far away from patong city as it located on the hill, but hotel provide shuttle bus to Jungcyelon everyday. Nice staff, very friendly and helpfull^^

Description :
I wanted to spend a quiet time little away from hussle bustle of patong with ocean view of patong beach. This property was fairly up to the mark with all the amenities of 4 star hotel except the hospitality. Major problem is reaching this property as it is located on the tri trang beach which lies in the out skirts of the patong beach. So everytime if you want to go to patong it can cost a bit heavy. Hotel provides a shuttle service which can be used for reaching patong but cannot be used for returning as they keep changing the timings as per there wish.
Hotel has a private beach which is not properly maintained and gives you a lonely feeling if you step down. Staff is less so is the service.
To sum up, if you are ready to sacrifice a bit on hospitality then this property is amazing to be in and its not difficult also as all the tour operater for sight seeing provides pick uo and drop to the hotel. Ocean view is fantastic and rooms are spacious

Great view but.. Do not bother staying here

The receptionist on the first day was quite friendly and nice.
The view was spectacular, the pool was beautiful and having a private beach in overcrowded Phuket is definitely a plus.
Now on to my horrid experience.
Firstly, the room was semi clean. The bathtub had dead moths in it and when we tried taking the extra pillow from the cupboards it was very dirty.
Secondly, we tried ordering room service at 6pm but were informed the room service was closed. We had to go to the restaurant in the hotel nearby that was charging 650 baht for a buffet and a show and everything else was really expensive. When we refused the buffet we were carted off to a corner and pretty much almost ignored.
On another note, the next day I ordered a beef burger which came an hour later. It was cold, the bun was on very old bread and the beef didn't taste safe. We only finished the fries.
Thirdly, we were severely bitten by bed bugs. We tried sorting this out with the hotel but there was only one girl at reception who only wanted to spray our rooms. And then she said that the hotel was full and we could not get our rooms changed.
After calling Agoda, we were informed that we could have gotten a room change to the bigger hotel next door but when I showed the email to the receptionist she kept saying check out, check out so we decided to check out instead. We then had to pay for hotel transfer as well, they refused to call a metered cab for us too. This whole affair took 3 hours of trying to organise and negotiate with Agoda and hotel management and quite obviously being cursed at in another language. It has quite severely impacted our holiday as we spent the rest of our holiday itching and feeling extremely sorry for ourselves.
We were only refunded one nights stay, with no apology or reparation. Our bites are still visible, it has been almost a week.

It's value for money. The best thing I liked is location. All rooms have ocean view. For those who like to be away from the city crowd, this is a good resort. They have small private beach. A couple of negatives: One lady receptionist was rude(everybody else was nice). The hotel is probably short of people. It needs to improve a few things to be called a 4-star resort.
Nightlife Tip:
For those who like to enjoy all the nights in your trip, this hotel is slighly far from the city. So be prepared to spend 200 (7 USD) BHT per trip from city to the hotel by taxi.

Beautiful location with private beach

Had a wonderful week Honeymoon stay at the Hotel. Arrived with Honeymoon flowers and decorations in room. Big bath tub, big room with views of the ocean. Pool is nice and private beach is beautiful yet small. Short walk to the next Resort called Tri Trang Beach Resort is a larger beach with deck chairs, restaurants and cocktails. There you can Jet ski or hire canoes, beach massage etc. Very quiet and relaxing HOWEVER they just started 3 months construction the day before we left and it was NOISY! I would recommend not to go there for the next few months. They said they are upgrading all rooms etc and lifting the quality which means prices will rise too. We LOVED this place because it was cheap and relaxing with beautiful views, though few km's out of town so not convenient for people that want to be in the city and nightlife all the time. Free songtaows into town 4 times a day. Staff were good but probably because we could speak Thai so could communicate well. Not many staff on. The resort would be so much better if it served food and drinks by the Pool. I would have loved to relax with a cocktail by the pool, but went to the next resort to do that. You can hire a motorbike 200m up the street for about 200-300 baht. they also do laundry for 50baht for 1kg. really nice lady there. Restaurants are not that good there, prices about 200 baht per plate. In the city is much more expensive. We had fun shopping at Jocelyn shopping Plaza in Patong as well as in Phuket Town at the big Central Festival. Patong is packed with people all day so if you like busy, go there. If you like quiet, do not book in Patong town.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The resort is a few km's out of town so it is good to rent a motorbike or car to get around. Songtaow's and Taxi's would get expensive after a few times. Just 200m walk from the Hotel is a place that rents cars / motorbikes and also washes laundry for cheap.
