Super friendly staff but located at noisy road

Taxi from airport costs 700 Baht and takes around 45mins, but nobody knows the hotel since its very new I guess.
Very fast and easy checkin with nice welcome.
Scooter rental for 200 Baht/day, very good and new one.
As a first base ok, but for longer rental maybe no room at street side, but obv depends on ur sleeping habits.
Overall, I recommend this place.

great staff who are friendly and efficient. they are pleasant and helpful. the room is clean and well-appointed.
the location is about 1.5 km from the beach and on the busy main road of the area so it is noisy and hard to cross the street. also, the front rooms (cheapest rooms) has some road noise. just motors, not horns. the staff said they are planning to have better soundproofing in the future. also there are many chalets in the back which are not so loud.
overall, i recommend it if you are at karon.

this hotel reservation of the chinese people is not much, superior room i intended, or very value. the room was large, but i have been very satisfied, and that attracted me most is swimming pool booking the hotel is the door, so i swim every day. although the hotel is not near the sea, but see the sea have no problem, once again lamented, weather is really good ah, really want to stay here.

i love this new find, the place was small and cozy and just wonderful. bathrooms are small but bed was big, somewhat making up for something. rooms are kept very clean, but unlike most establishments the rooms were not cleaned everyday or i may have missed seeing them. overall, i will definitely come back to this place any time.

As far as places to stay in Phuket, this one is a great value for money. It is a little far from the beach, but you can easily rent a motorbike. The staff is very friendly although they did not have any information on booking a ferry. We had to go to a travel agency at another guesthouse to do that. If you have a roadside room it is pretty niosy at night.

Owners will go out of their way to make sure your stay is great. Rooms are cute, interesting design but the aircon wasn't working very well in my room and it heated up like a sauna. Location is not within walking distance from Kata or Karon beach but fine if you have a car/bike.

Very lovely hotel. Comfortable. Owner very helpful and friendly. Staying five nights with very good experience. Price is reasonable at this peak season! Quite convenient with bikes or cars. Little away from patong but that's Wat we want. We prefer kata n karon.
Nightlife Tip:
For party hoppers, kata may not as happening as patong.

The location is a bit off if you want to go to the beach. Its about a 20 min walk. But they rent motorbikes just nextdoor and there is a lot of reasons to get one anyways. As i see it, thats the only downside. The hotell is run by a nice young couple who are very helpful and speaks good english. The rooms are great and we had a pretty good view towards the jungle the pool was a bit cold and since its indoor they will be very limited sun of course. But its nice to cool off there after a stay in the town. I would really recommend this hotell for anyone planning to stay in the area.

Nice hotel, great value, avoid road side rooms

We initially booked a road side room. The road is a busy and noisy 4-lane highway that links Phuket Town with Kata Beach. Unless you're not planning on staying at the hotel during the day, I don't recommend the road side rooms.
The owners were kind enough to let us upgrade to a superior (non-road side) room for one night, then to a deluxe room for the remaining three nights. Both of these rooms were much quieter. We really liked the larger deluxe room - lots of sunlight through the large glass windows, and a beautiful view of the hillside from the balcony.
Concerning the location of the hotel, it's too far to walk to the beach, but it is a perfect location if you are renting a motorbike.
Overall, we felt the deluxe room represented significant value. The young owners were very friendly and helpful. If we are back on Kata, we will return to this hotel.
