Good location if you want to be close to everything without the disadvantges of being in the middle of everything. Our room was a little tired, but not bad. The second pool (furthest from lobby) needs repair. It has many tiles that are broken or gone, pool lights that do not function, etc. I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Greeting was warm, friendly, and with a lot of personal attention. I think the value was decent. We received a free upgrade to a pool-access room. It was a nice touch. There was some remodeling going on in our room area, but it started and ended at a decent time. The breakfast was OK, but not great. In my opinion the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the main shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.
Travel tip : The activity desk just outside of the hotel (in front of the 7-eleven) was very helpful, would negotiate good discounts, and provided lots of information.

Awesome location. Great amentiies at hotel: pool, beach towels,etc. Perfect! spa was so-so. Small and treatments were mediocre. The hotel was great! Perfect/close location to the beach. Hotel provided everything from room adaptors to beach towels. Hotel is close to the night life as well. about a 5-10 min walk to central patong area. Only negative was that the spa was very small and not worth the money. The message treatment was very mediocre (no pressure what so ever). Other than that perfect!

hotel is great! landscape is done extremley well. for those who dont want to be on the beach, the pools are a great alternative. only negative is the spa. the treatments and room are so so... I think the therapists are not trained or unexperienced. staff service was good. defintiely would come again.

The room, the breakfast area, the location. The room very cozy and beautiful. Love the hotel setting with the pools everywhere. Located in very good location, near to the crowd and near to the beach as well. Will stay there again for sure.

boutique feel, clean rooms, massive bed, good value, free mini bar. not quite enough sun loungers. lovely hotel. close to beach but far enough away from lively Phuket to feel relaxed. i visited with 2 friends and we had an extra bed in the room but there was still ample space especially as we had a pool access room where we sat each night with drinks before going out.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : get a taxi to other beaches during the day time, Karon and Kata beaches both much nicer than Patong beach

Hotel doesn't have gym and sauna facilities. The location of the hotel is near to Patong beach. It takes 10 mins to walk to the beach and 15 mins to the new shopping centre. It has two nice outdoor swimming pools but no gym and sauna. The hotel room is clean and nice but not too big. The ceiling of the hotel lobby is rather low.

Great location.. close to the beach, free mini bar stocked up every day.. this is an older hotel but very clean This is a good hotel directly across from the Holiday Inn.. The hotel a minutes walk from the beach and shopping area. The breakfast was very good indeed .. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean, friendly service, nice and romantic arranged. The menue of the restaurant was very small Very nice romantic hotel near the Patong beach (2 min. walk). We had booked room with pool access and it was perfect as shown on the pictures. The staff was very friendly, spoke enough english. Everything was kept clean and was arranged nicely with flowers through out the whole hotel. We can recommend for young couples. We are realy satisfied with our stay and will come back.

Located at the heart of Patong Beach, free mini bar everyday, it's like owning a private swimming pool, bar at the pool. Low ceiling, breakfast menu hardly changed (you will get bored after 2nd day). From the first step entering the hotel, you will be greeted by a warm welcome from the staff. Cold tea will be served while waiting for the check-in process. Accept the staff's offer to bring you to your room, it is unlike other hotels; the room location is a bit confusing for first timer. A bit disappoined that the ceiling is rather low on some places of the building, including the stairs. Room is clean, tidy and quite comfy.
Breakfast is rather boring, but for dinner .. you should try the Celebrity Chef Keith Lloyd. Value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You will see many Tour Agent offering day trips or shows, the cheapest and best deal of all agents is located 30 meters before you reach Savoy Seafood Restaurant, opposite the beach, it is a small kiosk next to Convenient Store (7-Eleven alike).

The hotel is a little bit away from downtown. It was quiet and comfortable. The rooms are connected to the pool chose. Swimming directly into the room, so convenient and comfortable. Relax in a room drinking beer and if you are hot you can enter the pool. The hotel is close to the beach was very conveniently located. Also, a very good room service meal. The next time we also want to stay here.
