good location in patong, cosy atmosphere, free drinks from bar daily, good staff as well
sun chairs been old, need a parking area
I was my first time in Burasari which is one of the patong hotels I wanna stay beofre, not until this time with special offer. They were so kind to upgrade my room to Premier Grand which is much much better than Classic(old and without balcony in old wing). Buffet breakfast is great ,but refilling was just a bit slow. anyway, this is a very good hotel in overall.
Shopping Tip : Save time to shop in Juncleon rather than going to Central in such long way.

Great location, 1 mins walk to Pathong Beach, 3 mins to junceylon shopping center. The hotel is nice and neat. Huge and super comfy bed.
The air-con in my friend room doesn't work, but they get upgraded. My work well but the room a bit reek when i enter but the smell gone after few hours.
It was my first visit to Phuket.. and i am impressed with the hotel, very comfy and convenience. Located in middle of Pathong.. everything you need just right there. There's small mini bar in the room that you can take all without any charging. They also provides Beach bag and towel, ready for you to roll!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Pathong beach

Location - very convenient on the Patong strip. Near the beach and eateries but away from the passing crowds on the strip.
Nothing obvious or pertinent as it was a very short stay
The service is above expectation. My family trip to Phuket was to be for a week and we were only transitting in Patong for a night.Upon our arrival, the friendly welcoming party offered our entourage drinks and immediately proceeded to check us in (while we were in the comfort of our seats sipping our drinks). Due to our lucky stars, we were given an upgrade to better rooms. We were given Elite rooms and that was just great. Even though it was for one night, we will go back to Burasari for our next visit to Patong again.

Elite room very nice, great location close to beach, shopping, markets, great staff very friendly. Pool was great also, food at the hotel very good. Look I dont have dont anything bad to say about this hotel. I love the fact that it is boutique and not one of the big players so its more intimate.
Great hotel, fantatic location and nice friendly staff. I would recommed this hotel to any newlyweds or a couple wanting to be in the heart of Patong Beach. Awesome rooms and efficient room service and room cleaning daily. Very tidy, Day spa is fantastic also. Pool was great day and evening with much room to have your own little private area. I have no hesitate to recommed this hotel and when Im back in Patong that is where I would stay again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A must to do the half day tour of Sea canoeing

Near to the beach
Nice Breakfast
Polite Staff
Big bed
Beach towels provided (with a bag to carry them around)
Breakfast is the same everyday so if you are staying there for a long period it might get boring..
Bedroom floor is dirty (but slippers are provided)
The staff here are very friendly, always greeting you with a smile everytime you leave or enter the resort. I like the idea of the balcony with a small bed for you to lie on. However, our room (RM3214) is not facing the pool but some potted plants which resulted in mosquitoes around the area so me and my gf did not use the balcony bed at all. (Not much of a view anyway). As we were out most of the days, we did not have a chance to explore the resort but a note to those who are planning to go on island trips - bring the beach bag with beach towels along as the trips do not provide towels for drying off after snorkelling (at least mine didn't). Remember to try the egg ommelette and mushrooms when you are there..
Travel tip : - The massage palour to the right of the hotel is fantastic.. my gf and I fell asleep to their soothing hands
- Always bargain while buying at places other then department stalls.. I normally paid 30-50% of the price they quoted me
- Do smile even when bargaining.. the locals there are very friendly! They are the reason why i enjoy my trip a lot.

great room, very good location, tremendously polite staff
this is my first stay at Burasari after viewing the hotel room online with its pool excess.i was upgraded to the Elite room to my delight!i would have had to top-up about S$150 for it.the room size is fantastic and having a pool excess really makes it feel so relaxed and luxurious.the hotel is very quiet though it had quite some guests there,i should say the staff and guests are all very polite.walking out is already the main stretch of Patong beach with all its shopping. my husband had his hair dyed and i had my nails done at a salon just beside the hotel.the staff was great cause they reminded us twice that the Elite room came with complimentary mini bar, tho we didnt have a chance to eat anything.the bathrooms were great as well.i had a great bath in the tub.unfortunately sitting out on the lounge near the pool excess i was feeding mosquitoes!it would be great if that was taken with more care.the pool tho small is very comfortable to hang-out at.breakfast is great and setting is very pretty.i did ask for late check-out at 2pm but could not get a further hour unless i paid a half-day.overall its a very comfortable hotel and great location with great staff.
Travel tip : ask staff for some incense to burn because of couple of mosquitoes.small salon right beside hotel is a good price and products.

Location, Hospitality, Good Service
Swimming pool not clean, need to be taken extra care
It was a new and nice experience of my stay with my family. This was the first time I visited to Phuket and the hotel as well. Good location being very near to beach and also all type of food available in and around the hotel.

Location, best buffet breakfast in Thailand, spacious room with sun bed on balcony.
Free mini bar refils weren't refilled on one day even after a phone call to reception to request it. Very busy location if it's not what you want.
We had 3 nights in Burasari, it was our first time at this hotel but 3rd trip to Thailand. We stayed in an Elite room with a daybed on the balcony and another inside the room. nice pool area with no kids running around (better for couples) The breakfast was the best i've had. The value of the hotel is about right, there's definitely nicer places that cost less but there location is not as good so it depends what you're after. As for Patong beach, it's so crowded with local sellers that it's not really a nice place to relax so lucky the pools nice.
Hotel Feature Tip : i recommend this hotel but suggest you don't spend your whole trip here, it's very busy.

Great pool, excellent friendly service, Floyd's Brasserie for fine dining, nice bar
Room service food not the best and sometimes came out cold, Premier Pool Access rooms were quite dated and not very luxurious for the price but the deck and pool access was excellent, convenient and pretty
We stayed at the Burasari for three nights at the end of our 11 day trip to Thailand. We were greeted at the lovely foyer/entrance by courteous, friendly staff and given a cold refresher towel and drink while the front desk checked us in. The premier pool access room was ok, a little dated but the deck and access to the lovely pool was well worth the money. We ate at Floyd's Brasserie on one of the nights which was a fine dining experience similar to any around the world. Good quality food in a gorgeous setting. Over all we were very pleased with the Burasari but if we stayed again we would probably upgrade to the 'elite' pool access rooms which were newer and more modern.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Heed on a day trip to Kata Beach. So clean and lovely blue water, and alot quieter than Patong. Just as good shopping in markets along the way.

The hotel has free wi-fi, even by the pool.
We were given a corner room with no view. There were 2 windows on both sides of the wall but you could practically see the inside of the next building. Good breakfast spread.
Pool can be noisy at times, probably more suitable for families and couple.
Food at the Keith Floyd restaurant is overpriced and staff are not competent (for the prices they charge).

South end of the beach. The breakfast restaurant is too small to meet capacity.
The hotel has a nice feel, and is in a quiet part of town. The common areas are well appointed, and the two pools are well done. You'll enjoy the swim-up bar. Internet connectivity is free, rare in Thailand in any class hotel. The minibar is stocked with complimentary soft drinks and a few snacks, which is unheard of in Thailand. You are right off the beach, and the hotel provides a beach bag with two oversize beach towels for you to use - a nice touch. It is a bit of a hike to Bangla road, and the walk along Beach Road is a bit of an obstacle course as you are besieged with offers to buy a suit, ride a minibus, etc. The area you eat breakfast is small enough that it was downright crowded at 0800 for four of the five days of our stay. Be patient, or set your own table and move onto the tasty buffet. Value for the money? The hotel was nice, but not that big of a hop from its more reasonably priced competitors on the same side of town.
Hotel Feature Tip : Free complimentary wine at the bar from 4 - 5. If you are hitting the beach, be sure to ask for additional towels. Check out the swim-up bar at one of the two hotel pools.

Good location if you want to be close to everything without the disadvantges of being in the middle of everything.
Our room was a little tired, but not bad. The second pool (furthest from lobby) needs repair. It has many tiles that are broken or gone, pool lights that do not function, etc.
I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Greeting was warm, friendly, and with a lot of personal attention. I think the value was decent. We received a free upgrade to a pool-access room. It was a nice touch. There was some remodeling going on in our room area, but it started and ended at a decent time. The breakfast was OK, but not great. In my opinion the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the main shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.
Travel tip : The activity desk just outside of the hotel (in front of the 7-eleven) was very helpful, would negotiate good discounts, and provided lots of information.

Awesome location. Great amentiies at hotel: pool, beach towels, etc. Perfect!
spa was so-so. Small and treatments were mediocre.
The hotel was great! Perfect/close location to the beach. Hotel provided everything from room adaptors to beach towels. Hotel is close to the night life as well. about a 5-10 min walk to central patong area. Only negative was that the spa was very small and not worth the money. The message treatment was very mediocre (no pressure what so ever). Other than that perfect!

hotel is great! landscape is done extremley well. for those who dont want to be on the beach, the pools are a great alternative. only negative is the spa. the treatments and room are so so... I think the therapists are not trained or unexperienced. staff service was good. defintiely would come again.
