Boon H. Groups Singapore, April 03, 2010	Review of Burasari Location & Deco is great. 8.7 This is a nice boutique hotel with nice decoration, friendly staff, clean room with good breakfast. The beach is only 30m away, and it is value for money. I do not have much complain, as my short stay was quite pleasant and good. The only complain would the cable-tv channels are limited, however, this is only a small matter. Good Hotel, would definitely go back again.

Couples Colombia, April 02, 2010	Great surprise nice rooms, spacious, very confortable,great pool,hotel is in good condition 9 Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, we where on our way to Ko Phi Phi and never gave it a thought to stay in phuket, but had to because lost the conection to the ferry, anyways it was very pleasant to find this hotel,it has a great atmosphere,an oasis in a very populated comercial area, the staff was helpful especially the general manager, we left our passports in the security box and he made it easier for us to get them back, excellent job.

Kok K. Couples Malaysia, March 31, 2010	Great Hotel, Good location Big rooms with nice huge plasma tv. Located near patong beach. Within walking distance to the beach n also shops around in patong. Hotel staff is helpful n presentable. The breakfast is ok, but choice is limited. The hotel pool is very beautiful, it has got 2 pool! 8 This is the second time i'm staying in burasari in phuket, my last visit was last year august, and this year march i choose to stay there again. Cuz the previous experience is great, therefore choose them again this visit. But this time of the year, the price is slightly expensive compare to last year i went. I think the price is a little pricey. But i will still choose to stay the next visit. Maybe will try the pool villa!

Good location & Spa 5.7 Due to previous reviews we booked to stay at this hotel however were deeply dissapointed the moment we got out of the taxi. The front is littered with parked cars/motorbikes with no sense of standards, lobby is nearly non-existent and checked in at the juice bar. Escourted to the room where staff not even sure of its location (this happened twice when we requested to see better rooms) and upon entering the room the quality of the product was very evident with old bathrooms, both taps for 'his & her' basins were moveable like a gear shifter!! Most furnitures were cheap and our room balcony faced a fence about 2 meters away. Ceilings very low and rooms gloomy, for the price paid and quality of other hotels in Phuket this was not good at all, other room types also had similar defects just facing the pool instead. Checked out immediately and went to the Holiday Inn for only a few hundred more and enjoyed a great weekend in Phuket. If you're looking for a little comfort and luxury on your holiday, this is NOT the hotel to choose.

Breakfast is really good, and French restaurant at dinner time is really nice. Restaurant Tip: Many restaurants near by on the beach side.

Couples India, March 28, 2010	A great boutique hotel Perfect location, beautiful decor in the hotel, large room, comfortable beds, free minibar, free wifi internet, helpful staff, beautiful swimming pool 9.3 Burasari is the perfect boutique hotel for a holiday if you are not very fussy about staying in a "Big" hotel. The look and feel of the hotel is great with a beautiful decor and very helpful staff. The hotel has two small but very pretty swimming pool with a pool bar and three restaurants to choose from. The buffet breakfast is nice with a decent spread. We tried the thai food at the Kantok restraunt, very average - there are better options for thai food in phuket, so you can give it a miss. However do try the floyds restaurants. Burasari has recently opened a juice bar next to the hotel lobby, the juice bar is a must try with great refreshing juices - try the detox juice. The rooms are very well appointed and very large, bathroom are also big. The rooms have large balcony with a day lounger to relax. However make sure that if you use the Balcony, dont keep the balcony doors open even for a minute, there is a severe mosquitoe problem (not just in Burasari, but most of phuket I guess). Each room is provided with a free minibar (two cans of beer, one can of iced tea, two cans of cola, two bottles of water, a packet of wafer chips and packet of cookies replenished every day) and free wifi internet, yes free. They also provide a beach bag with two beach towels which I think is a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. On the flip side, the dampener at Burasari is the fact that the hotel staff has very limited understanding of english, its a challenge at times to make them understand what your requirement is, although I am no way suggesting that the staff is not helpful. Another annoying aspect for me at Burasari was the fact that the front desk would take ages to answer your phone call. In fact most of the times they would not answer your call the first time and you would have to keep trying several times before somebody would answer your call. For the record, the renovation work at Burasari is over. All in all, a great place to stay while in phuket and would Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Bargain as much as possible for getting your tours (for phi phi island, james bond island, simon cabaret, fantasea show etc) booked. Book these trips from a local operator there in phuket(there is one available every 100 mts and there are several around the hotel as well) and dont book online, as they are almost twice or at times thrice as expensive as booking from a local operator (if you bargain well). The spa at Burasari is great, but would suggest going to a local spa for a massage (like 5 star or sala spa (on bangla road), the level of service is very simialr but the price at Burasari spa is much higher. If you are looking for some fine dining go towards the south end of patong beach near Novotel Hotel(150 bhat if you take tuk tuk near Burasari)- there are some fabulous restaurants around that area, with a lovely view of the sea. You have the option to choose from thai, italian, american restaurants .

They provide straw beach bags for you. 8 Rooms weren't ready but they made up for it with a complimentary dinner at the hotel. Beautiful place in a good location if you must stay in Patong... Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: A must do is the Phuket Thai Cookery School - a day well spent in Phuket and one of the best memories of my trip
