good location, good service but small room.
quanlity and selection of breakfast are great.
First time to stayed in Burasari with my 8 and 10 childs. We booked pool access room. we are happy to stay here as staff are friendly and helpful. nice food and nice location in patong. We will come back again in the future.

Lovely Hotel, great position
our balcony backed onto the pool, the mini bar was free, beer, soft drinks and snacks
the rooms were great, lots of room and very comfortable, the breakfasts had a big choice and the staff were very friendly.

Beautiful hotel but service is terrible!
spacious room for honeymoon suite with easy access to pool, nice decoration, clean, basket for beach towel good thinking and very handy.
we love the interior design of the rooms and it is spacious with plenty of room for us to move about and relax. however, we will not return to this hotel due to the lack customer service - the breakfast waitresses are so extremely of low quality, so bad we cant even describe except be in shock all three days. we were served by rude waitresses all 3 days of us having breakfast there. however, once they saw caucasian patrons, they would be quick to smile and greet the customers. fyi - we would greet them and they would ignore us ... sigh about racism! another downside is our room (#2101) is, when you walk out of our room towards reception, you are greeted by a strong stench of sewerage smell. that is our early morning greeting by the hotel each day - sewerage smell, followed by disgruntled and rude, unhappy to serve us waitresses at the breakfast. did we tip? absolutely not! no service with a smile. what is the point. we saved our tips for the tour groups 1000 thb, massage places 200 thb, restaurants etc. at least they were happy to see us! we used to work in the hospitality industry ourselves so we are very easy going customers. burasari, your gm(hopefully asian) needs to be an undercover customer at the hotel, and see for him/herself how shocking your staff can be! good luck.

Trendy hotel in busy Phuket
A great oasis away from the busy and crazy Phuket nightlife
The hotel is really beautiful. Lots of green and amazing pool to sit around. The spa is one of the best I have ever been to. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection. The only big negative was my checkout. The staff failed to book me a taxi for the airport, which I had asked them to order earlier in the day. My flight was late at night so it was very difficult getting a taxi at that time. I almost missed my flight. The staff was very rude and not helpful saying I didn't ask them to book the taxi. It was a very unfortunate finish to my holiday.

Beautiful Hotel very close to Patong and the main shopping district, the rooms were beautiful and the services provided were outstanding would definetely stay again.

Great location secluded from all the action!
Great clean rooms, swiming pool, breakfasts and service!
My friend and I became ill from food poisoning (suspected smoothie) purchased along beach, ending up in hospital. Events leading up to hospital, had staff looking after us, and eventually taking me to hospital at around 2am. We'd made quite a mess of the room, but returning from hospital, the room had been cleaned! Staff continuing to ask how i was.

Excellent location with good facilities
pool bar is the best of the hotel
THe location of the hotel is excellent as it's close to everwehre. Just 2 minutes to the beach. When arrived we were upgraded to honeymoon collection and it has an bathtub at the terrace in a garden. wonderful. The pick of the pool bar which you can swim and enjoy drinks at the same time. Very nice hotel.
