Wow, the Burasari really is as great as it looks in photos. Was welcomed to the hotel with some refreshing drinks whilst concierge took our details and had our room ready. Stayed in an elite room which had a balcony with great views of the pool. Room was very clean and modern. Had a large plasma tv which was also great. The location is awesome, as it is only a minute's walking distance from the shopping strip / beach road yet the hotel still feels very secluded and private whilst staying there. Staff are great, breakfast was excellent and it was a great 5 night stay. Only negative at first was the shower was in the bathtub (one of those hand held shower devices) Although at first i thought this was a negative, it worked absolutely fine and I had no issues with it. Bathroom was very modern and spacious and hotel facilities such as room service, laundry was also top notch.Was sad to only have stayed 5 nights and would definitely return right away.

Our stay was very nice in the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the ones on the bottom floor connected to the pool. So you can when ever you feel like it walk into the pool for a swim. The place is quiet far a way from the "party" street. So not a lot of noise there. The buffet in the morning is great. Everything you possible want.
Overall I can only recommend this place.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was abit small but it was cosy. Service was excellent and attended to our requests promptly. The hotel is very near to the beach and shopping area. The hotel have 2 small pools which is good for relaxing but not when you want to workout. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Burasari and the minibar is free!!

That was a good hotel. The breakfast was nice, too. We had an evening flight when we leave, because of the room availability, we couldn't extend the checkout time. We had to have a shower in the shower room. They should have a better shower room, not adjacent a toilet, not it the restroom.
Shopping Tip:
Every where negotiable. Negotiate price.

This hotel is worth a visit if you have the misfortune of spending anytime at Patong beach.The staff are very friendly and top class. We stayed here to try the keith Floyd restaurant. It was very good and not bad value. The hotel itself is full of interesting Thai decorations,including the rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the set menu at Floyds. Only 900 baht for 3 courses. I had the tuna sashimi which was perfect .

Great memories
Staff were great, super friendly and always welcoming. Pool, and the bar were comfortable and relaxing and they make a great margarita ;)
Close to restaurants, shopping, beach, crazy night life has a little bit of everything for everyone.

just came in for a weekend, was a great experience I had nothing really to complain about that would stop me from coming back.
Room was really nice, stayed in an Elite thai room. Bar was comfortable, everyone was really nice.
Really easy to go out and enjoy the beach, like 2 min walk. Bars, restaurants about the same distance if I go back to Phuket will most likely stay here again if there is a room open.

BOUTIQUE, QUIET, VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF, CONOR THE GENERAL MANAGER IS GREAT TOO. FANTASTIC POOLS AND POOL ACCESS ROOM. TOP LOCATION. Great massage too at spa burasari- I recommend the stress reliever massage.

We stayed here again in Jan 2010 and loved it. We last stayed here in Aug 2007. This time it was just as good if not better! I highly recommend it if you are looking for great location but also quiet without street noise. Fantastic staff, food and pools. Stay Here. I got a premier pool access room from agoda in Jan for which was an absolute bargain. Agoda is fantastic!
Restaurant Tip:
Book Dinner at Joe's restaurant in Patong. Ask reception to book for you. It is superb dining with beach and sunset views. Also book the Phi Phi Island deluxe plus tour through burasari tour desk. It is a great tour with max of 18 people on the boat. 3500 baht each. Well worth paying the extra for smaller numbers on the boat.

We are impressed by the design of the hotel when we arrive at the hotel. The hotel apparently had tried to maintain as much as possible the "Nature" feel and they did it.
Once we got our room, we are surprise with the note that the guest is welcome to consume all the snacks and drinks (incl. beer) that being stored inside the mini bar. The cleaner will the replenish it every day:)
The main reason we chosed this hotel is due to its location. You will be able to reach the famous Patong beach within 1 minutes walking from the hotel. So, try to visit this hotel next time.

The Burasari Patong is fantastic. It is Thai style and had everything I needed but nothing I didn't, and at a mid-range price. I love the Thai architecture. I love the rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have two pools and a spa, but its not overdone. The daily breakfast is spectacular. The place is an oasis of calm in the middle of Patong. Its a short ride to relatively serene beaches and other attractions. Its a five minute walk to Bangla Road. I have been twice, for about a week each time--both with a girlfriend and alone. I shall return yet again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The beaches out of central Patong are great.
