Overall we were very happy with everything about the Burisari Hotel. It's a very short walk to the beach. And about a 10 to 15 minute walk to Bangla Road for busy nightlife activities. The location is great as you are away from any noise etc. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. There are two pools. But you need to be up early to get deck chairs as they are limited. The decor and feel of the hotel is just right. All the staff were very friendly to us. While we were there there were a few mozzie in our room, remember to ask for the electronic mozzie deterrent free from room service. It's nice that they provide a free mini bar service - not unlimited though. Would definitely stay here again.

the burasari was just a pleasure to stay at, from check in to check out, the staff spoke english very well, the room was spotless & the mini bar was complimentary.. location was another bonus
the meals were really good & quality was out standing..

Upgrade our room to Elite room with view pool. Room is clean and comfortable as well the lobby and surrounding of the hotel. But have a lot of mosquito. Be prepare ! specially kids. Overall nice stay but if going to phuket definite will try others hotel

Great Location walking distance to Patong Beach
Everything is included, wifi, free drinks in the fridge,breakfast.

it has been a great stays for us, bed is big enough to accomodates me,my wife and our 2 years old baby. location is near to hardrock cafe, patong beach, shopping and food. the staff are extremely helpful. breakfast was great! must try the bacon, yummy...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try Fantasea Show, even though the show is a bit unlogical, but we enjoy it to the fullest. Shopping and Food is consider expensive if you compare with other tourist attraction in Thailand.

Great location but the staff service was standard
very near from the famous patong beach only 2 minutes walking

Actually we was stay at the hotel for 3 days. When we arrived at the hotel the staff make up our room with flower arrangement and gave us a cake since it was our honeymoon trip.
in the second day we moved to another room, but unfortunately the room was not equipped with bathtub, although we have booked the room with bathtub, we was so disappointing regarding this matter.
The breakfast was standard like others hotel such as, American,continental and Chinese, but the quality of the food was great.
The hotel is located very near from patong beach, just 2 minutes walk. However, it quite far from Phuket most famous street "the bangla road".We must walked for 15-20 minutes to get there.

the staff at check in made a very inappropraite presumption by commenting that if i intendeded to bring a "friend" back for the night, i would be charged extra. i found that insulting but i guess they have encountered such guests in the past. but nevertheless, they should not have presumed to begin with. was a huge turn off right from the start.

Only 5 mins walk n all the things u need are all aroun us.

not bright inside of the hotel. small lobby and small pool. breakfast is average. room looks old. late check out seems impossible, which is not convenient if u want go out early and come back around noon. will not come again.

Fantastic location to the beach

We were greeted by staff who helped us with our luggage before we even got out og the car. The location is really good if you want to be near the beach and all the shops and restaurants on the beachfront.
The room we were given was all right, except some parts looked a bit aged. But overall is clean and comfortable.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at.
Extremely friendly staff and very helpful. Pool Access room was great. and you felt like you were away from the hussle and bussle of Patong. Bed very large and very comfortable. Could not fault this Hotel.

Extremely friendly staff. Is close to everything and at the same time you feel like you are locked away in a safe and picturesque haven. Meals great and if you eat there for tea you get entertainment. Received some freat little extras which also complimented our stay. Would highly recommend this place.
