hotel is very beautiful. rooms are very nice. staffs are very good at service , they have welcome drinks for us. but there aren't enough car parking

it was a clean, comfortable hotel accross the street from the beach. i would stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the day trip to the Phi Phi islands, plus other stops, is a must and can be negotiated at stands on the street located all over within a short walking distance from the hotel.

Great Location+ Great Room but mosquitoes present

Located very near Patong beach. convenient if you would like to just spend time at the beach and relax. Quite a distance from Bangala though walkable. Not too far off Jungceylon so location wise is still pretty convenient. Pool access room is great. Only downside is there are quite abit of mosquitoes around so it's good to get mosquito coils from house keeping.

It was the perfect hotel for a romantic holiday. Stunning rooms and super friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay again.

The 'just for you' juice bar is incredible

hotel is clean and nice. staff are very friendly and helpful too. we got a room that didnt have a view and requested for a change which they gladly obliged, def a plus! just 10 seconds walk away to the main patong beach and 10 minutes walk away from bangla road (night life!). day trips are also readily available at the concerige. breakfast buffet wasnt that good though.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Burasari hotel charges a limousine fare of baht from hotel to airport. Just lookout for private taxis which are loitering usually outside the hotel from baht. Up to you to negotiate. They are generally safe as ive been there 3 times.

Great Service, Location and hotel!!

really enjoyed the hospitality of staff, hotel very nice and clean. breakfast was fantastic. the rooms - bit disapointed in the mood rooms as you really dont know which one you are going til you check in and from what i anticipated the rooms to be like (from the website) it was a huge let down to get the whiskey room... not all that the website suggests. also, the overwhelming smell of aroma oils gave an instat headache but after airing the room it i realised it was to mask the sewage smell from the street.... also a couple days into the stay the room attendents relaxed so much that certain things were not replenished daily. but overal, great location, great staff and would stay there again but wouldnt spend the extra on the mood rooms. also, the spa is great!!!
Restaurant Tip:
Their breakfast is Awesome, their lunch pretty dismal.

Great Location Hotel near to the beach

I was a nice place to stay if you are looking for in house relaxing accomodation away from the crowd. It has 2 seprated swimming pool, with rooms direct excess to the pool, 1 big pool for swimming, another with excess to grill & bar. (i didn't stay in those, but deffinately will get those room on my next visit). The hotel is near to the beach, near to grocery store, and along a strech of restaurant. But the restaurant itself serve great food. Sumptuous breakfast and at nite it serve great barbeque seafood feast.

Great value Hotel ,Staff friendly and helpful.
Good Location but hidden away from the hussle and bustle.

check in was relaxed and reasonably quick. the room was a good size but the 49 m2 quoted probably includes the balcony. it would have been nice to find the complementery bottles of water in the fridge.the complementery mini bar was a bit disappointing too, one beer and a few cans of soft drink in a room booked for 2 people. all things considered i really like the hotel, it has a nice feel and the staff were very helpful. i would stay there again if i could get similar discount but not at full rate.
Shopping Tip:
Outop Markets at the opposite end of the street to the beach is good for shopping and a cold beer.

Lovely hotel and definitely service with a smile
Just loved the pool access and the rooms were excellent.

we loved the idea of the pool access, great after a hot day shopping.The staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother.The Burasari was central to everything especially the beach.
Shopping Tip:
Make sure your clothes are humidity proof. Only pack cotton!!

The hotel has a very relaxing feeling, with a lot of planting to make you feel good. There are two separate swimming pools; one that provides plenty of shade, whilst the other is more open to the sun. However sun loungers at both pools are restricted in number and are inadequate for the size of the hotel.The Thai staff are all you would hope for; they were all very helpful and friendly. A good hotel if you want the bustle,shopping and crowds of Patong; if you want a quiet beach area then go somewhere else.
