I booked a Premier Pool Access room but was disappointed by the standard of the room. Instead it was quite dark, dated and had heavy dark wood timber.

pros-hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. the juice bar located at the front of the hotel is sensational. try a fresh pineapple/orange and ginger juice, mix it up with a little vodka for a twist- delicious! the rooms were clean and a great size. the bathroom had beautiful mirrored mosaic tiling which was just gorgeous. food available at the hotel was great!!!
Travel tip:
out & about- turn left out of hotel walk approx 30-40 metres and there is patong beach which was great and only a 10 min lazy/easy shopping lined stroll to bangla road for nightlife. sensational jewellers highly recommended 4 doors down p&c jeweller patong (diamonds/stones/gold. turn right from the hotel and walk to the shopping/restaurant district which runs parallel to patong beach. up ahead is the fantastic jungacylon shopping centre with a huge fabulous supermarket as well as restaurants and department stores. for clean, safe tasty tasty food head to dangs. dangs is just past the jungacylon shopping centre on the opposite side of the road absolutely tiny and renowned for the fabulous food and great prices so is packed from morning to night.

Great location a bit of a walk to the main bars
The beach is a jump and skip from your door, 7/11 is directly out the front of the hotel so that was handy. Room is big.

No I would stay there again, water in bathroom was brown at times. The pool was ok and the staff were also ok nothing to write home about. I travel slot and would have to say this was the worst hotel I have stayed in, in thailand. I guess you get what you pay for.
Travel tip:
If shopping and hitting the bars are the things your keen to do then find a hotel which is closer to the action, it's at lease a 25min walk to the main action.

"Perfect location, close to beach"
The resort has a very relaxing feel and the staff are very friendly, breakfast was sensational and the pool area is peaceful even though Burasari had a full house.

We stayed here for our Honeymoon in the Elite Thai room, loved the king size bed and we also had a balcony over looking the pool.
Free Wi-Fi was very handy. The breakfast was amazing!!! Best Banana bread ever! We will be coming back to stay in September!

Great hotel with beautiful gardens
The Burasari is in a great location and is a real retreat from the hectic pace of Patong

We were recommended to this hotel by some friends and it did not dissapoint. It really is like an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of busy Patong.. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the breakfast buffet is out of tis world! Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, with fresh sheets, towels and mini bar (for free!) I would recommend the Burasari to anyone wishing to stay in a tropical, authentic boutique hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure that you book one of the drivers that 'tout'their business outside the hotel for the day. We had a full day of all kinds of adventures and sightseeing activities for very little money, in the comfort of a brand new air-conditioned 4 wheel-drive.

Location was great but service was very poor it was like it was a really big problem to help us with anything we needed.
My room was only cleaned a little as they made bed and replaced towels and toilet paper but left dirty glasses paper and mess every where horible house keeping.
There was more then normal mosquitos as there was a little gutter on the ground of my balcony full of old water so they were so thick and i have been to thailand 4 times never seen the likes of the sheer amount of mosquitos as this hotel had.
Overall would not stay there again not good service and none of the staff spoke english.
Shopping Tip:
great location for all the night shopping make sure you barter good with them as they inflate the prices by atleast 3 times the price
