Lovely Thai stylish hotel with free internet
very cosy rooms, steps to beach, free internet

we stayed for one night, at the Chinese New Year Eve. The staff are friendly. Welcome drink is nice. Hotel features are Thai style, very special. Free wireless internet, but can only log on by one computer at one time for each room. We did not bother to ask for anohter username and password. One thing is that there is no CCTV in this hotel.

we spent 3 night at burasari, we love the bed and services there.
- burasari located afew mins to patong beach
- convenience to most of the attractions
- quiet at night
- friendly staff
- breakfast quite ok.

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff
rooms in newer part are very good, comfortable, pool access direct if on ground floor. great buffet breakfast. free wifi in rooms though a little slow at times.

loved this hotel and would stay again. great location, close to everything, yet quiet position and little street noise at night.

Service ok, not too bad

Your checked out staff not helpful at all.
My flight was delay for 5 hours, I ask them for extension they rejected to my offer. It is sad after spending so much in the hotel a little extension would have make my stay there ar great.
But the satff not willing to help or give any solution. Just stay put at the lobby for 5 hours.

Very nice hotel and good service

We really liked this hotel. If you are looking for something above avarage in Patong, this is certainly the place to go. Prices are also very reasonable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are into this, then try diving around Phuket. It is fantastic. I would recommend Thailand Divers. Instructors are western and the arrangements superb.

nicely done out hotel built around a very good swimming pool. good location 2 minutes walk from beach and rooms perfectly pleasant.
food in the resturant very ordinary but 100's of places to eat out in patong. the administration is rather dozy and there was confusion about my booking which was eventually sorted out.
would stay again.

No suprises, everything ok

the hotel is a bit old, what can be seen on facilities, but rooms are newly decorated. there is a glass between bedroom and bathroom, so you can enjoy your partner's bathing
staff is ok, everything mathces the price. the pool is a bit cold (it's in the middle of everything so the sun does not visit it so often).
we had the room 3101, which is the closest to the reception. that was nice, it was 10 meters to order/ask for anything.
beach is 100 meters, but is very crowded and you have to cross the street. would recommend quieter part of phuket for sunning. but if you want just to walk the streets and do the street shoppimg, it's well located.
