How do you spell Perfection? - Burasari
Decor, style, room comfort, exceptional breakfast, tranquil exotic pool, staff service ... excellent
10
This hotel was the highlight of our month's trip in Thailand. Everything was great, from the entrance and lobby decor, the great staff, the room (complimentary upgraded) comfortable, spacious, modern, overlooking the pool. The standard of breakfast should be the benchmark for all breakfasts. The hotel was very busy, but somehow always felt private and special. Foliage around the pool gave it an exotic quality. And all within 100 yards of the Oceanfront. Convenient restaurants of all kinds. A special congratulations to the architects and designers, and the courteous efficient staff that made the atmosphere alive. Highly recommended.
Restaurant Tip:
Several great restaurants within a few 100 yards of the hotel along the seafront. Several with top class live bands for entertainment. Jungceylon centre is a shopper's paradise.

Great Hotel
nice beach bag, spacious and clean room
8.3
The hotel is located very near to the beach, 5mins walk and the room comes with a nice straw bag you can use for the beach.. Shops and restaurants are just ard the corner. Have stayed in the premier grand room, the room is spacious and comes with a sala at the balcony, no complaints other than the construction view fm my room.

Wonderful boutique hotel with exceptional service
Hotel management was friendly and accommodating, professional and courteous, my mood collection room, excellent buffet breakfast
9.3
The Burasari was surprisingly better than I expected. I really loved my Mood Collection Room, which was at a reduced price during my stay, making it even more worth its price. The room was warm and perfect in most respects with a wonderful atmosphere. the balconey was the length of the room and L-shaped. The balconey included a bar, two resting places and a large jacuzzi for two adults.
In many Thai hotels, I have been disappointed with the management and have been largely supported from other guests in this regard. In general, they seem to have the attitude of ignoring guests' requests and suggestions, as well as complaints. However, the Burasari is clearly an exception to this rule. To my pleasant surprise, the general manager was most accommodating and really tries to ensure that the guests are satisfied with their stay. The manager could easily put himself into the guest's perspective, which allowed for good rapport. If one word could be used to sum up the hotel's attitude toward their guests I would choose the term "harmony".

Great 5 days stay at Burasari through Agoda
Interior design is uniquely Thai and very close to the beach
9.3
Overal great stay and good value for money, given the proximity from the beach and shops. There are plenty of restaurant nearby the hotel.
The hotel ambience was quite nice and the Elite Thai room was quite big with nice Thai design. Love the pools in the resort. The hotel was very leafly and green.
The hotel is situated next to Marriott and if this is your first time there then you know that you live in a good area.

Wonderful stay at Burasari
The location is fantastic, the staff were all very friendly and the pool access room is fabulous
9.7
Upon checking in, we were served the welcome drink which was really refreshing. As my flight was early, we waited for awhile before we could check in. The hotel was nice to prepare a cake and flower petals for me as it was my anniversary with my girlfriend. The pool access room is simply awesome. I will definately return here for my next visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a stall a few steps from the hotel, right in front of the hotel. Their tours are quite cheap and lady named Cesar is very helpful.

Overall hotel was very nice. I will go there again. Pool was clean, grounds well kept, rooms clean, etc. Location is about 1 minute to the beach. Nightlife area of town is about 5 min walk away. The food was not exceptional, but close by.

We had a good relaxing time at the hotel. It is nice and it's got good facilities. I would stay there again. They shouldn't charge extra money for bringing in a visitor, though.

Great Location and service with a smile.
Great location and great Spa
8
It had been a pleasant stay for us - as we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary. Although the check in was delayed..we were wonderfully surprised that they decorated the beds with flower petals, welcome fruit basket and a lovely cake (in the fridge). To top it up, the drinks in the fridge are f.o.c!! More free items - WIFI!! This really makes the stay great! The spa is a must try - although expensive as compared to those outside. Will consider going again due to the great location and surprises!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a vendor selling activities that you can do in Phuket. Great price when you take more than 1 item.
