Burasari
Beautiful hotel with huge pool intertwined with lush vegetation that basically goes through and around the entire first floor. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Service a little off, not bad, but not good.

Beautiful facility and we couldn't believe what we got for the price on Agoda! One of the hotel's travel agents was really helpful in arranging for us to see two shows and go on a boat trip to Phi Phi Islands. We got the runaround trying to get a taxi back to the airport and almost missed our flight. The desk referred us to a taxi stand out front, who referred us back to the desk, who then referred us to the travel agent in the back of the hotel, who then told the taxi to arrive at 1:30 when we needed it at 8:30! Several of the staff were friendly, but only one was really helpful. A couple seemed a bit stuck on themselves (arrogant). All in all, though, the pros far outweighed the cons. We would definitely stay here again.

Burasari my best ever hotel
I booked for Premier Grand but was told they gave us Elite Thai at free upgrade. Overall i luv the hotel. Near the Patong sea (2 min walk), clubbing (newly open Hard Rock Cafe), shoppings & everythg!... I will come back.

I request for early check in 12 noon since I arrive 9 or 10am but I end up getting 1 room 1st at 2+ & 2nd room is not ready till 4+. Nothing was done to compensate for my long wait.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Right below outside the hotel, few booth for arranging tours like Simon Cabaret & to Phi Phi Island.

Well located and easy to get to, walking distance from everywhere in Patong. Nice friendly staff typically Thai helpful but laid back. Room was clean and a nice size, even though it was on the road double glazing kept it very quiet. Excellent value for money when booked on line I'd certainly stay again

This is a good four star hotel with a central location on Patong Beach (located about 100m from the beach). The location is also excellent for shopping and nightlife. The layout of the hotel is very nice and attractive. Service is excellent. All in all I have no problems recommending this hotel to anyone.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much of an effort for them. The pool is awazingly beautiful and always clean. The restaurant has really nice food and the breakfasts are to die for. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and were really well looked after.

The staff are friendly, the pool is nice especially those ground floor units where u just walk out of the balcony and step into the pool.
Its not a kids friendly hotel but my kids(2+ & 4 yr old) are fine.

I am statisfied with the offered discount price but room was kinda small than it seems and the breakfast was not so either. I can say location is pretty good very close to the beach and convienient store but the deadline is I dont think I will be comming here again to this small hotel with such price.

The Burassari hotel is a wonderful hotel, from the second we walked in we where made to feel welcome by the brilliant staff here.
The hotel is in a great location, no more then a 5 minute walk to Patong beach and local bars and resturants, also there is a 7-11 next door.
We stayed in the premier room which was spotless and well kept, the bathroom was really nice with a huge window to allow you to see into the bedroom and TV while you showerd or took advantage of the big bath tube.
Room had free Wi-Fi and a free Mini bar which was re-filled daily.
Would stay here again no problems, recommend to all, familys single alderly..

The staff here fantasic and simply could'nt do anymore to help you.
From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out they where perfect.

Gorgeous hotel!
Overall, I was throughly impressed with the decor and breakfast (included) was delicious. Hotel is also conveniently located in Patong, walkable to shops and restaurants. Nice staff and travel coordinator. Internet and minibar was also FREE which was great.

This is the only hotel I stayed in Phuket but it the common areas of the hotel was beautifully designed. There was an amazing pool, bars/cafes, all decorated with beautiful accents. The hotel is just adjacent to the patong beach side road with access to tons of street shops and other restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was a great touch to my stay in Phuket. Loved it and would stay there again!
