Lovely boutique hotel with personalised service
beautiful studio room with big balcony and high quality fittings, friendly staff and a short walk to the beach

i chose byd lofts based on both good and bad reviews of the hotel and the manager's response to both reviews. we stayed in the deluxe apartment that was equipped with a kitchenette and had a big balcony. the furniture and fittings were of high quality and the apartment was lovely and comfy although the deluxe apartment bathroom does not come with a bathtub unlike advertised on agoda. perhaps the management can rectify the description of the room on agoda. we informed the front desk that we are muslims and the hotel made sure that we had many suitable food items for breakfast. they had a muslim staff (ayub) who could speak malay so we felt very welcomed there. the staff were caring and friendly and we were well taken care of. the location of the hotel is also within short distance walk to the beach (5 mins), bangla road (15 min) and jungceylon shopping centre (20min).
Restaurant Tip:
for those looking for halal food, kusuma restaurant is just 200m away alongside the main road. turn right towards main road and on right side you'll see food stalls in the evening. kusuma is somewhere in the middle. the food is good and price very reasonable.

Wonderful apartments with superb staff !

Exemplary Service ! From the time I was met at the airport to the day I checked out, my family and I have been treated with such great hospitality and I have not had for some time.
Rooms were wonderfully designed, exactly what they looked like on brochures & websites.
Location - Situated at a quiet road, but just within walking distance to Rat-U-Thit Road & the beach.

Nice apartment but an okay only location
The apartment was impressive. Nice decor n modern with lots of hi tech gadgets!

not recommended for families with small children especially muslim families as the halal food are more than 100m away from hotel and also swimming pool is too small and not kid friendly. location is far from beach and also shopping centers. i am a little disappointed with the breakfast. a waitress told me no refills for coffee (the serving was an espresso size cup) and i can't switch my cereals to chocopops for my girl when in the menu it's stated 3 varieties (cornflakes, chocopops or muesli&oats). 1 of the receptionist can be seen acting busy to avoid questions from us. how sad. and she didn't go all out with our enquiry about a trip to fantasea. we got better info from the streets tour desk. spa also limited services. overall, not all is as great as what the recommendations stated.
Travel tip:
Hotel is recommended for long term stayers.

Lovely pool, well appointed rooms with all the bells and whistles.

We all enjoyed the lovely hospitality of the staff who were very accomodating. The apartments are quiet and spacious, and close enough to the beach and main attractions.
Restaurant Tip:
Great night open air food restuarants around the corner with sensational food at great prices.

Patong is alot of entertainment area.. you can find food, bar, shopping area there. the sewa food was nice and the transportation is so easy because you can find tuk tuk everywhere.

I was very pleased with the hotel
The rooms were large and very clean nice kitchen, TV system and shower cubicle.

I would certainly stay there again very nice boutique hotel.
Easy walking to the beach,shops and nightlife.
Not easy to find needs sign at the entry to the street

The savoy seafood restaurant is very good also the french Bouchourie for steak was excellent

Très belle chambre et cuisine irreprochable

ce petit hotel est tout simplement superbe et la cuisine y est vraiment sublime, cela fait 6 ans que je vis en thailande et je n'ai jamais manger dans un aussi bon restaurant.
Bien supérieur à la plupart des hotels 5 étoiles de phuket allez y les yeux fermé.

Grand calme, confort et espace de l appartement avec des détails permettant de retrouver comme chez soi tout en bénéficiant de détails spécifiques à la Thailande. Nous avons apprécié les chaussons, robes de chambre et parapluie mis à notre disposition.
Le décor de l'appartement était particulièrement bien pensé et les fauteuils et sofas très confortables.
