Stunning views
The views the rooms and breakfast

We had a very comfortable stay The views from all areas of hotel are stunning. Chic room decor and finished to a high standard. Housekeeping staff excellent. Breakfast was very good lots of choice. Need to rely on transport if not fit as a little way up hill, but worth it for the views.

Nice View with a Quiet surrounding
7.7
The rooms have a very nice ocean view if you stay at the high levels. 7-11 store nearby. However if you want some action at night, you will have to take a cab to patong area. Kamala is very quiet at night. Suitable for couples who wish to relax. Very nice rooms.

i really dont like staying in this hotel. first trouble is my key card is not working to turn the electricity on and they handle this problem very long took about 20 minute just to send the engineering to my room, second is the jacuzzi drainage is not working took about 30 minutes to fix it. third is the coffee machine took about 1 hour to fix it and then finally change it with other coffee machine. fourth the AC is not cold enough. fifth hot water not stable and very slow.very very slow service, bad breakfast option.

Excellent stay would recommend
Jacuzzi on balcony - sea views, infinity pool which was quiet and relaxing overlooking the ocean, value for money. Perfect for a quiet weekend break. Excellent facilities, attentive staff

Pleasant stay, nice food, nice views and pool.
the restruants, the pools and the views
8.3
we enjoyed our stay here. The restaurants were lovely, nice rooms, views and beautiful food. However, we found the services in this hotel expensive compared to the four star we stayed at in Krabi. The hotel was further away from the hotel then advertised, and we got quoted one price for the shuttle, then when we got to the hotel we found it was more expensive. I then spoke to another staff member and got quoted a different price. However, it was a lovely hotel and we did enjoy our stay.
Traveller tip: mosquito repellent a must in phuket, as I contracted Dengue fever at the end of my stay in Phuket, however, it may not have been from this hotel.

A Comfortable Stay
I love the room, jacuzzi, the shower foam and the warmth welcome at the reception.

I was greeted by a warmth welcome at the reception. I love the fact that there are two pools. The parking wasn't a problem for us. The bell boy was helpful. Overall I would recommend to my friends who do not like the buzz of the city area.

they need to hirer new it guy at this place. the internet system was outdated and in short just not working.
the beds are extremely hard, did not sleep well.
prette sure they do not have 24 hour room service.
the hotel has great views of the ocean, and if you only want to relax and do nothing all day but get sun and relax by the swimming pool, i'm sure this is a good hotel.
