Perfect view of the beautiful sea!
Room with a view, prompt check-in/out, no lizards
8.3
It was amazing to wake up to the sound of the waves and breathtaking view of the Andaman sea. Hotel staff were hospitable, and provided quick service to our needs. Spa was having a 1-for-1 deal and was worth it! We can choose our shower gel and shampoo scent which smelled lovely. Only downside was the location uphill, hence transport was scarce, only way to travel was to hire the 'mafia taxis'.

everything good except sleep
lounge has very nice view, staff are helpful, good food
5.7
The room was noisy with the air-con on (normally, i am not very sensitive to noisy at all) and there are minor stains on the sheet. the quality of toilet paper is disappointing...Otherwise, the stay was good.

Not as great as before
Ocean view, quiet environment, good food
6.3
Stayed at cape sienna 2 years back and we really enjoyed our stay. Love the view, the personalised and thoughtful service. So this time, we decided to stay here again. However, it was such a disappointing stay. We arrived at 1pm, unable to check in, staff was hostile. When we came back to the hotel to check in, we were brought to a room that the AC is not working (it was a hot and humid day, imagine the agony). Took them 20 mins to send someone to fix the AC. This morning, when we returned from breakfast, the room has no power.

Excellent place to spend your relaxing here. But the traveller who is seeking the quiet luxurious hotel here will not allow the young child!

Value for money stay at Cape Sienna
Internet everywhere, lovely views of the ocean, comfortable bed
6
The stay was overall an enjoyable one if you are looking for a decent hotel with modern design. It's great being there with friends, but not so much if you're looking for a romantic getaway with your partner as it's fairly crowded and spaces are very public and made for large crowds of people. The biggest issues we had with the hotel were 1) the mosquitos that were everywhere - at the poolside, the cafes, even in the rooms. Can the hotel please do something about this as it makes staying out in the open a nuisance after a while. 2) There is no way of putting this nicely but the food at all dining spots in the hotel was just bad. You would think Thailand would be amazing for food but no, this hotel was a disappointment when it came to dining. We ended up walking tofor food which was great and surprisingly, priced within the same range as Cape Sienna's.

Boutique hotel with superb views

This is an attractive boutique hotel located 5 minutes from Kamala Beach. Rooms are nice and the pool is very stylish. Breakfast was good. There was one staff issue that did not impress. At about 5pm I asked the poolside staff for a coffee. After about 20 minutes I was still waiting. I told the waitress and her reply was quite rude. I waited another 10 minutes for it to arrive but when it arrived it was cold. I told the waitress, she took it and never came back.I expect better of staff of a hotel of this class.
