Regretfully, it was not very great. For paying $200 per night, I expected what Agoda advertised. I checked the box for airport transfer and Agoda did not communicate with the hotel to arrange it, but it was not apparent that I should contact the hotel to do so ahead of time following booking. I booked two beds and got one. I booked a jacuzzi room and there was only cold water and no flowers like the pictures showed. The room was clean and the hotel was spacious, open, and had a great vibe, but the whole thing was on these steps you had to hike to get anywhere. This was unusual and not mentioned in any descriptions. Also, I lost my iPod and it wouldnt show up until I contacted the manager - after which time it miraculously was turned in by a guest within 5 minutes. Also the cabs were a total rip off - it cost us nearly $75 each time we went to a city 10-15 minutes away. The spa was ok and the the food was literally the best I had in Phuket, but the hospitality part was not as advertised.

It met all my expectations and more.

Me and my friends were very happy with our stay. We felt very comfortable during our whole stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the many great monthly promotions at the hotel. The hotel was clean and tastefully designed which was a plus point. Food and cocktails were great. It's all one can ask for to have a hassle-free holiday.

The hotel was really nice we stayed in a jacuzzi room and it had nice views out to sea. The lobby and pools also had great views out to sea.
The room was nice and what i had expected. The window from the bathroom to the outdoor jacuzzi needed to be cleaned and the shower had a great rain shower although the water didn't drain away very well.
Breakfast was good and the hotel bar is a lovely setting.
My only complaint is that the staff were not very attentive, i felt they could have offered to carry our bags when we arrived and checked out ( some of our party were pregnant) yet they still didn't. I requested twin rooms, early check in, late check out, and for the two rooms we booked to be next to each other and, i understand these are requests but not one of these requests were met.
All in all it was a good stay and i would recommend to others.

Stayed here for only one night and it was so relaxing and nice. A welcome change from the busy Patong Beach. There is no beach access on the hotel property and it's about a 20 min walk down a fairly steep hill to get to the closest beach. The hotel has 2 pools with different vibes, both pleasant and relaxing. The room was very clean and modern.
Make sure to reserve a table with a view at the rooftop bar for sunset!
A downside is that the hotel is a little far from anything else, there are a few other resort hotels in the area but they all require a good walk. Also, there are a limited number of elevators and the property is on a very steep incline, so if you have difficulty climbing stairs this may not be the place for you.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you take a taxi from the stand just outside the hotel make sure to negotiate your price before getting in, they are not affiliated with the hotel and will overcharge you.

good attention to details like scent, music, awesome views of sea, beach, hills but long ride to Phuket town and quite secluded. room is comfortable and view is good - breakfast is nice and relaxed too. the architecture is very modern and stylish, a good contrast between the old and new, nature and man made. other than the distance to town, which is quite pricey on a daily basis, i would recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing time.

Nice clean hotel but not very good location

Beautiful hotel with amazing views but it was a far walk since yo have to walk up the hill. Very far from Patong beach. Taxi's to go to other areas are expensive too.
