Lovely service, the room was a little outdated.
Friendly service, clean beautiful Swimming pools, rooftop restaurant.

Overall we were happy with our stay. Mainly because of the lovely people who work there.
We stayed in the old building and saw many cockroaches and the room was very outdated.
We also thought the breakfast buffet wasn't acceptable. Real bacon instead of ham would have been at least one of the many things I would advise. My son ate nothing from the breakfast buffet our entire stay there because there was nothing he liked.
Also by staying there, taxi's and tuk tuks charged us much more to get back to the resort because it's up a hill.
The shuttle car could have run more often and offering to bring back people as well. The resort we stayed at prior to Casa Del M took people into Patong every half hour from 9am-9pm. It also bought you back if you were ready waiting at the drop off area. Saved lots of money on transport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Khai Island... Snorkelling was sensational.
And Phi Phi Island... Do not do a day trip on the Phi Phi cruiser. It takes so long to get there and back and half your day is spent travelling, not exploring the Island. Take a speed boat... They raced past us and got there in half the time!

I gave it a try....but no more!

I found the offered deal on agoda just one day before check-in date. Considered the room type and price offered, we decided to give it a try. The hotel location is hillside and about 500m far from the Patong Beach. Not so convenient if you do not have a vehicle. The room we got were big enough for 3 adults and 2 childs. Overall service was poor. I noted that there was only one staff at front desk to take care everything in the hotel. Do not expect full service from here.

จองห้อง superior ผ่านโปรโมชั่นราคาถูกของ agoda ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า แต่ก็สะอาดและถือว่าสมราคา ไปพักแค่คืนเดียวเพราะไปธุระ ไม่ค่อยได้อยู่ห้อง ก็เลยไม่คิดอะไรมาก สระว่ายน้ำหน้าตึก superior มีขนาดใหญ่โตน่าเล่นดี จริงๆ agodaให้เรทสี่ดาวถือว่ามากเกินไป โรงแรมลักษณะนี้ แม้ว่าจะเป็นตึกใหม่ก็ตามที อยู่ที่สองดาวครึ่งถึงสามดาวแค่นั้นค่ะ แต่อาหารและการบริการรวมถึงทำเลที่ตั้ง ไม่ใช่สี่ดาวแน่นอนค่ะ

其實酒店無咩特別, 只係因為價錢平, 所以入住
酒店早餐太貴啦, 初時問個度職員話兩個人, 點知之後又話兩個人, 太唔合理, 同佢地理論, 個superviser搞左好耐先收 兩個人, 態度仲好唔OK添, D食物好唔得, 一D都唔值收咁貴
另外幫我地call taxi, 要收, 分明呃錢太過份, 下一次一定唔會住返黎間酒店

Meget rummelige og stilrene værelser, pool med fantastisk udsigt

3 dage i dejlige og for Patong rolige omgivelser.
Blev opgraderet til kæmpe værelse med badekar i værelset og med udsigt over Patong bugt.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Casa del M består af 2 hoteller, det oprindelige og et nyopført. Har ikke prøvet det gamle, og ved ikke om man eksplicit skal bestille det hotel man ønsker (vi bestilte bare og fik værelse i det nye.
