Beautiful Nature View Hotel.

Lovely place, please just make sure you don't get the garden view, this disrupted my stay which was unfortunate. The other rooms would not encounter the same problems I did with the garden view rooms I expect.
The garden view rooms means you're on the road in front of the hotel, the roosters are very vocal at dawn right outside your room (after a very noisy truck arrives with supplies and parks outside your window around 5ish AM). Also with the garden room, people walk by your hotel window/room often in the early morning and evening (I wasn't there during the day hours(which is not ideal for people with a dog as they get startled)).
The hotel is very nice, it's situated built into a mountain, up a steep hill. There is a bus service that runs from 10AM to 8PM every 2 hours, if you want to get around on your own time you need to have a rental car.
There doesn't seem to be staff around to address anything except the bar tender who is Thai and speaks limited English. A Thai phrase book would be useful here. I didn't get to meet the owner (I went to the breakfast buffet two mornings in a row and the only staff there was the bartender who seemed to cover both shifts.) I'm not sure if the owner is on vacation, there was noone else that I met (except some kitchen staff putting out the breakfast buffet who don't speak any English).
It's a pity about the lack of customer service and the garden view room experience, otherwise I think it would have been a very enjoyable stay, I was looking for the manager the morning I left, he was still nowhere to be found. If I'd had a chance to speak with him, I might have been able to resolve these issues and pay to upgrade to a better room.

Great little hotel with awesome staff

I saw excellent reviews about this hotel on Tripadvisor and I echo them. I was very happy there for a 5-day stay. (I ended up extending my booking by a few days.) First of all, I love the fact that it is QUIET, away from the hectic & overdeveloped "honky tonk" nature of much of Phuket. They offer a free & convenient shuttle to many nearby beautiful beaches. The staff is wonderful, the food is good, and the owner Ken is INCREDIBLY nice & helpful. Very high recommendation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I went to a few of the nearby beaches but "Dropoff Spot #1" is BY FAR my favorite. More, beautiful, less crowded, better looking people, more low key. Just what I like! :)

Tranquil escape with great service and awsome view
The Staff! A lovely but basic room with a great view out to sea at a great price.

I didn't want to leave... Ended up staying longer... I needed to get away from the crowds and relax... It's up in the hills overlooking Kata... Has it's own regular shuttle to the beach... The staff were truly awesome and made me feel right at home. Great value accommodation... and Gay friendly
Hotel Feature Tip:
The food and drinks were a little expensive... So you might want to stock the mini bar yourself.

i had a wonderful stay as far as the hotel is concerned. it's a very nice place. but the staff was all over the place. mismanagement was the order of the day. the hotel was good.
might give it another chance.

I had a pleasant stay at CC Bloom's. The hotel is well managed and well-run. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I only con is that it is quite a bit (35 minutes walk) from the beach - so you have to either rent a motorbike or get on the free rides to the beaches from the hotel.

I had a really lovely time at CC's. The restaurant in the hotel serves fantastic food. There is a free shuttle to/from the beach every 2 hours, and they can help you arrange transport to Patong as well.
