Had an absolutely lovely time. The views over the ocean were great. The infinity pools just beautiful.
The water slides were lots of fun also.

Great Hotel, Good staff, Good food small spa

our rooms were very nice but a bit on the small side. they were modern and clean and the air conditioning was a little loud but still able to get very good night's sleep. it was very easy to use coped well with the humidity. the bathrooms were a good size. the shower needed some time to get used to and did not drain as well as it should however, not enough to gripe about. i am sure it would have been fixed in an instant if i had bothered to call reception.
rooms were cleaned twice a day and tidied, towels changed too. staff set up our internet connection which worked well.
my only downside was that we opted for a spa deluxe and i was hoping for a hot tub of some size on the balcony but in reality this was just the size of corner spa bath and we struggled to get two people in it. gave up in the end. there were rooms with circular larger spas so make sure you specify if this option is important to you.
i highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. adult pool and main pool. choice of restaurants and bars - all great. staff wonderful.

Travel tip:
Do yourself a favour and sample the hot stone massage at the hotel spa, best I have ever had and I have had a few!! Well worth the money.

1. check in at night 11:30pm, hotel provide the room which are not well prepared, not clean, yellow water in room. hotel free upgrade to deluxe pool suit room next day. this room type are perfect, will stay once more if travel to phuket .
2. good facility in the hotel, 3 swimming pools/ private beach are very nice. but the hotel management is not quite organize.
3. free shutle bus from hotel to patone beach, the last bus from patone pick up to hotel on 5:30pm which confirmed by the staff but no show end up, finally take taxi back to hotel by ourselves.

Lovely hotel, great location, good services

thanks to the hotel, my room was upgraded for some reasons. location and common facilities are all good, the beach in front of the hotel is not so crowded. good view from my room. staff are helpful with smile. i love this hotel and would recommend others to stay here.

it's a nice place to go with family.
if you acompany your children, it's perfect.
nice swimming pool and quiet&beautiful beach to enjoy.
but far from phuket city and need to take a car to go anywhere in phuket,even patong.
there's shuttle bus to patong, two times a day but not that efficient.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Enjoy quiet beach and nice swimming pool. If you need to enjoy night life or shopping, this hotel is not suitable.

We had 6 days here in August. Could not fault this resort.it was perfect. Our rooms were beautiful with stunning views of the pool and Ocean. The pools were sensational - all 5 of them. We wanted a holiday to relax and that's exactly what we got here. The food is well priced and delicious and the service always has a smile. Can't wait until we return to Thailand for a stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Amazing views and facilities
pool areas and private beach, view and grounds were breath taking

I have been to Phuket 3 times and this resort blew me away. The view from our balcony was amazing and overlooked the private beach, green hills and the pools. The room was beautiful and so was the marble bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was great with a wide variety of foods. 5 mins taxi from Patong so was very close yet secluded. Plenty to do for kids too!
Shopping Tip:
The hotel offers a free shuttle 3x per day to Patong so book yourself in advance

Romantic Resort with Beautiful Beach

the room is clean with huge space. the staff are friendly and the facilities are well-maintained.
Restaurant Tip:
As mentioned by others, just a 10 mins walk, you can find a number of nice restaurants. Also, 7-eleven!!!

Great location at the beach

Positive: Great location at the beach, very kindly staff
Ok: Swimming Pool and lazy river, Luna-Bar with happy hour
Negative: There are only 2 restaurants, the Italian restaurant is very good, great selection of food and wine, a la carte service. The other restaurant has Buffet dinner every day. If you like buffet, then it's great. If you like a la carte (as myself), then you have no good selection. Who wants to have a sandwich for dinner? Therefore you have to go out for dinner. But this is not what I like.
The room: First impression: very good. But there are 2 things, which I didn't like: 1. The water from the small shower room comes out, and it's always wet, where you want to clean your teeth and dry your hair. 2. There are some kind of curtains, which you have to lift up by pulling a metallic cord, you have to pull 25 times unless the curtain is up in the morning. There are 2 big curtains and 4 small ones. Very boring and very uncomfortable.
Staff: All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only lack from my point of view is that all are very young, for the normal staff it's ok and fine, but even the F+B manager looks like somebody on his first job, no experience at all.
