Service not ready
Only Water Park is great.

We checked in around 22.00 with 3 persons paid with breakfast. Actually, there are 4 of us, myself, my wife, my 13 years daughter and 4 years daughter. We booked with pay for extra head of our 1st daughter so we expected that the extra bed must be prepared in advance. But it was not as we expected. We got the extra bed at 1.00 a.m.!!! It's too big to manage or control. Imagined again, no telephone in our room, we had to use our mobile phone call to the hotel!! The staff at reception tried to find a telephone for us but the connection was not available!! The door locked of the bath room was out of order too. Overall, some staff tried to service us especially front desk but due to the limited capacity, they could not make it happen.
If we have to rate for this hotel, we would give 5 from 10 as we expected higher quality from CENTARA brand.

Good service and nice environment

my wife and i with 14 months daughter have
a wonderful holiday.
hotel is far from town and taxi cost is expensive
in phuket. i will sure to visit again if hotel have
shuttle in future.
we spent lot of time in the waterpark.
the hotel staff is helpful and the room is clean.
Restaurant Tip:
There are plenty restaurant choice in the nearest Central Plaza.

We stayed for 2 nights. The 2 bedroom suite that we booked was not available so they gave us a villa with private pool which was great ! The check-in took so long and I saw many people complaining, I think they need to improve the Management. The rooms were spacious, comfortable beds but not clean. The next day they cleaned our room after 6pm while out for dinner.... I also called the front desk few times to pickup my laundries but it was still left undone, the in-room service (foods) were not as good with small portion of foods in big plates & expensive, the breakfast was not as good again, too many people & no seats, some people had to serve coffee/tea on their own, the trays were empty with no food, the toaster & pancake machine were not working well, the floors were sticky......
The water park was great, the pools were nice and we had lots of fun there! If not for the water slides, we probably would not choose this hotel. Very far from city.

The staff need to be re-trained as their attitude and performance was not that polite and sufficient to be rated as a Five star resort. The restaurant which serving the breakfast has a lots of flies and the buggie serviced only use for their own staff rather than the hotel guest. We need to take a long walk to the restaurant to had our breakfast and we asking for a buggie service to bring us back to the hotel yet they rejected. We supposed to stay for 4night and the only way to solve the problem was to checking out. We asking for the bell boy to take the luggage for us and we waited for an hour until i called the second time they just come.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't expected much from the hotel and the staff even though its rated as a five star.

Great location for the airport and the water slide park. With full access to the slide park and being 10 minutes from the airport (sorry still Baht) the location is very good.
But unless you have a car there is no where to eat except the resort restaurant (buffet and Italian).
The rooms are also self-catering so I suggest you stock-up prior to arriving.
Staff are all very good.
Some parts are a little odd, seems about a third of the resort is abandoned buildings, built initially with the resort but never finished.
Great for kids who like slides.

Honestly in this hotel there is nothing to complaint and once I arrival I felt like I'm in my dreamland, a trú getaway! A waterpark that makes the impression the buffet breakfast that made me smile every morning, honestly a location that great and close to the airport, Im sure that one day I will return with others! The only thing I would say is bad abt it was I only have a weekend off and not enough time to enjoy the hotel! But I love it!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try the waterpark out! Is a MUST!
