Great hotel with Great Water Park
Water Park is the best ever in Thailand

The hotel is new and the rooms are really really nice. It's kind of like a serviced apartment rather. The water park is exquisite. We have never had any better experience at any other water park in Thailand. The staff were pretty helpful. However, the lack of swift service is a con. The pros are the water park and the distance from the airport. No breakfast for us is not a big deal as we can just drive out for a nice local breakfast in town.

Remote hotel with fun
Splash jungle is really great

our family enjoyed the stay in this hotel despite the decoration is not grand. we stayed there for three nights and went to the splash jungle for three times. my kids enjoyed the water park so much. however the location is really remote. this is also fun to see the plane landing at the beach. the staff is helpful too.

We enjoyed our stay despite few disappointments - staffs were trying their best but the number of staffs were too few to cater to customers needs - right from the front office to restaurants. The room service (food) was bad.
However, this place is good for relaxing.

Great hotel, fantastic service, comfortable rooms

had a short stay with my two younger children, they both loved the hotel as did i. the first room we booked was a little small as we booked an exta bed which wouldn't fit.
after a quick chat with reception we were upgraded to a lager room, great service.
the hotel has a water park attached to it, this was a bonus with free entry it makes the hotel a great family place. the hotel has a private white sand beach with life guards and no surf making it a safe swimming beach if you like the ocean otherwise you can relax in the beachfront pool.
i rented a car from one of the local car hire company's, good price a honda jazz for 1100bht per day with insurance, he droped off at the hotel and picked it up at the airport at no extra cost. the car was a greatchoice as the hotel is isolated and the taxi drivers have you over a barrel.the car was a great opption, and it let us do the thing we wanted without a time line.
overall we had a fantastic stay at the hotel,the room was clean fresh,and with probably the most comfortable beds i have slept in for many years. the staff were allways happy and willing to go out of their way to make our stay rememberable.
i rate this hotel resort highly and recomend it to anyone with or without a family allthough it is out of the way the hotel was a great change and way to finish my family trip to thailand.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I like to drive myelf so I rented a car and had no limmits to where and when we drove to attractions and shopping areas. The raods were all signposted and easy to navigate with a map.

If you're interested in water park, this is the place. The hotel offers a good water theme park where the kids and even adults would love it.
Moreover, I was at the hotel where there was Tsunami alert, the hotel staff were very useful. While we're evacuated and waiting for the alarm to be lifted, hotel staff came and provided us with food and drinks, also some clothes for guests. I'll definitely visit this place again and again.

Great family hotel

The hotel rooms were very nice. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The water park is amazing and would be great for any family with children. The location is right next to Phuket Airport which is convenient, however may be a bit of a cab ride if you want to go anywhere else. They also have 2 swimming pools and are located on a very nice beachfront if you prefer swimming in the sea.

not a 5-start hotel

room was very basic and bare. not a bit like the picture on the internet. not even a table/desk in the room.
if you are only going for the water park then this hotel is fine. otherwise there is nothing around the hotel to do or look at.
staff is not at all there. tends to give no as an answer.
spa is very good though.

this is not the first time i'v been here.
the hotel looks luxury but the service was very poor.
i've called the information counter to inform about the problem of air conditioner manyt times,but more than 5 hours left, there's still nobody came to take care or solve this problem. surly, we will not come back on this hotel again.

Connected to a small Water Park
the connected water park, good breakfast

this is a great place for families, as it is connected to the splash jungle water park, and entry is free for hotel guests. otherwise, it's best avoided. the location is right next to the airport, so you have planes flying in an out all day. there is nothing else in the area, so you are basically stuck at the resort during your stay. the beach is beautiful with not many people, but the large number of planes and children do not make this a romantic get-away. the hotel is very spread out, so it is quite a long walk to breakfast or to the beach from the rooms. (breakfast was pretty tasty though.) walking from our room to the beach once or twice was no big deal, but it got to be a bit much after that. the staff definitely were not 5-star quality -- they were pleasant enough, but they had difficulty understanding and accomplishing simple requests in english. not recommended (unless you have small children who enjoy water.)
