Good service, Apartment-like-room

The location from Phuket main attractions are slightly far but it's worth staying if you're renting a car to drive around Phuket. The hotel has a water park which you would probably spend half a day enjoying the splashes and water rides. The rooms are clean and comfortable, clean toilets, spacious living room and balcony. I would stay at Centara West if I were to visit Phuket in the future.

Near Airport but Small Waterpark

Location - From the airport to Centara, it only takes 15mins by driving.
Hotel Condition - The room is not big at all, but all the necessary things are possessed. Our balcony is facing the waterpark. But it's not noisy at all.
Breakfast - The breakfast there is great. Many choices you can take.
Shopping Tip:
There's a Turtle Shopping Mall (not very big) next to Centara and Marriot Hotel. There's Espirt, Triumph brands there too.

Nice stay!
Spacious and clean room. Room services was good. Staff are helpful.

I've booked for a penthhouse pool suite and it was perfect for families. The living room is very spacious and kids have plenty of place to move around. Excellent view and although it is near to Phuket, but no much sound noise. Overall everything is perfect except the location is a bit far from everywhere. It is hard to find a nice food nearby.

Quiet hotel but remote location

Room with several defects eg chipped marble at staircase and peeled off floor tiles. The beds are very comfortable , but the indoor pool water was dirty. My daughter was sick after the swim. The villa host service was fantastic though.

happy with the clean, spacious rooms, well maintained by housekeeping staff. nice to have a fully functional, well-equipped kitchenette. very family-friendly hotel. main drawback is the distance from other attractions in phuket - you'll need a car or else have to rely heavily on the local taxi services to get to everywhere else. as it was low season, there were only limited spa sessions available, which was unfortunate.

The room fuction is not suitable, It look like service apartment more than the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
On Mai Khao Beach there have a returance near The Phuket Gate Way. Sea Side, Local Resturance but some of food plate is very delicious. Suggest Chak-Ka- Jan fried with galic and pepper. 2nd Plate is Pu-Pat - Manao . Crab fly with lemon sauce.

Great Hotel
The water park was awesome, the hotel was really nice.

we stayed 3 days in this hotel. the water park is definitely a bonus, the kids didn't want to leave! the room we stayed was a two bedroom self containing apartment, absolutely wonderful for families. the hotel and water park are a definite winner but the down side was the location (absolutely in the middle of nowhere) and the price of the meals that were twice as dear than any other resort. also the kids club was a let down the kids could only stay if one parent was present, which defeats the purpose of putting them there!
i would certainly stay again but only for a short period, i couldn't cope more than 3 days so far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

i made and confirmed a reservation to the hotel from airport, but nobody showed up at last. it's so disappointed. when I called the hotel, a staff said no record was found in computer. and I have to took a taxi by myself.

Great Hotel, Service and Features
Clean, beautiful, water park, pools - the whole resort

This was a great place to stay. It is perfect for relaxing and for families. The kids will be very entertained. We do not have kids but yet this place is big enough to not run into them all the time if you are on a honeymoon.
Beautiful big rooms, pools are not crowded, restaurant has big selection for breakfast.
Highly recommend.
Only down side is location if you are not wanting to stay at the resort the whole time

Do some shopping before you get there. There is no corner stores close by.
