Nice location and food but slow services

It has a very slow services;
- Check in
- Check out
- And I had waited for a transfer from the pool to reception for almost 1 hour. (it is too far to walk.)
The room did not smell good and I found the hair on the top of pantry counter.

Good rooms but no paintings nor pictures on walls.

Not good at all.. Rooms/ beds OK, but not nice overall.
Stayed only for the sleep of 6 hours, but the staff defaulted to be able to book a taxi for a meeting, and when arriving it took 15 minutes to check in even no other customers were in sight.
Not even close to other 5-star hotels I have stayed in... Except the price of around THB 500 for a club-sandwich served after 34 minutes even I was told maximum 15 minutes...
Can not be recommended.

Hotel Feature Tip:
It's more like an amusement hotel, it's great for family with small kids. It's not suit the business traveller. Regarding breakfast, You shall wake up early in the morning cos it takes sometime to get to the hotel restaurant...

พักแบบ Luxury villa 2 bedrooms ติดหน้าทะเล แต่หาดไม่สวยเลย มีแต่ผักบุ้งทะเลและมีเต้นท์รับนวด ทำเล็บโดยชาวบ้าน ทำให้เสียบรรยากาศ บ้านพักใหญ่ สระว่ายน้ำในบ้านใหญ่ แต่จากุซซี่เสีย ใช้การไม่ได้ ระบบประปาค่อนข้างแย่ น้ำไหลเอื่อย(น่าจะเป็นเรื่องปกติของภูเก็ต) แต่ปรับน้ำอุ่นยากมากๆ น้ำร้อนมากๆ บ้านพักไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีคราบตะไคร่ในสระน้ำในวิลล่า พบซากจิ้งจกตาย และเจอแมลงสาบในห้องน้ำ ในส่วนของ Club service สำหรับวิลล่า บริการดี อาหารเช้ารู้สึกผิดหวังกับที่นี่ ดูไม่สมกับเป็น Centara เลย อาหารน้อย และจัดวางแปลกๆลวกๆ จุดที่ชอบคือมีสวนน้ำ Jungle Splash และมีสระน้ำอื่นๆอีก โดบรวมแล้วรู้สึกผิดหวังเล็กน้อยแต่พอรับได้

โรงแรมเงียบสงบ อยู่ติดกับทะเล วิวทิวทัศน์สวยงาม ที่จอกรถกว้างขว้าง พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส เอาใจใส่ลูกค้าอย่างดี อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย มีสวยน้ำให้เล่นด้วย เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กเล็กๆหรือคู่รัก แต่ทางเข้าโรงแรมค่อนข้างลึกพอสมควร

สถานที่กว้างเกินความจำเป็น

ถ้ามานอนแนะนำอย่านอนหัอง deluxe ให้อัพเกรดไปนอนห้องอีกโซน ห้อง deluxe ออกแนวอพาร์ทเม้นมากกว่าโรงแรม แต่ห้องอีกโซนกว้างดูดี แต่ก็ยังไม่ประทับใจครับ สิ่งที่ประทับใจที่สุดคือพนักต้อนรับส่วนหน้า พยายามแก้ปัญหาให้สุดชีวิต ขอปรบมือให้ครับ มีจิตวิญญาณของงานบริการเต็มตัว

6 โมงเย็นยังเช็คอินไม่ได้ มีที่ไหน ?... จ่ายค่าโรงแรมตั้ง 2-3หมื่น กลับได้รับบริการแบบนี้
นอกจากไกลที่เที่ยวแล้ว ยังอยู่ใกล้สนามบิน ดังมาก .. แต่นั้นไม่สำคัญเท่ากับการบริการ ซึ่งการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าไม่ได้ดีเลย ผู้จัดการ เซลล์โรงแรม หรือแม้กระทั่งซุป ก็ไม่ได้มาคุยกับลูกค้า ปล่อยให้พนักงงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้า ทำหน้าที่แทน .. บลา บลา บลา...
สรุป ขายหน้า เสียหน้า ที่พาแขกต่างชาติไปพัก เฮ้อ..
