Honestly in this hotel there is nothing to complaint and once I arrival I felt like I'm in my dreamland, a trú getaway! A waterpark that makes the impression the buffet breakfast that made me smile every morning, honestly a location that great and close to the airport, Im sure that one day I will return with others! The only thing I would say is bad abt it was I only have a weekend off and not enough time to enjoy the hotel! But I love it!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try the waterpark out! Is a MUST!

the only reason i stayed here was the splash jungle but the room
were not great more like staying in apartment and not luxurious as expected

The hotel is so big that we need buggies to move us around but it get annoying when buggy was requested and the buggy drivers says its so near can't you walk?? It's like the are questioning us and we paid for and rooms and like have to beg them for a ride. Have already taken the issue to the GM as they think I am just a guest and got no connections inside. This time I just book thru agoda so they treat is inferior. Maybe is they know who we know in this hotel chain they might get there act together

Good hotel near the airport

This is a good hotel if you need to catch an early flight as it is very near to the airport. It would also be an excellent hotel for family with young children as the hotel has it's own water park. As a solo traveler, I didn't use that area.
The hotel is right on the beautiful long stretch beach. It's good to swim in the sea in the morning as the sea is much calmer than in the evening.
The room I stayed has been newly renovated and it's really clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay there.

Very large grounds. Has villas on beach and hotels blocks further back. Looks like a great place for families. I stayed one night transiting to Patong. Room very nice. Great bathroom.

i only had a small amount of toilet paper and i ran out. the complex was way too big and the buildings looked commercial. the elevator and halls were cold. the restaurant was very good and the staff very friendly.

- เริ่มตั้งแต่เช็คอินทางโรงแรมแจ้งให้เช็คอินได้บ่าย 2 มาถึงโรงแรมบ่าย 2พอดี แจ้งเคาน์เตอร์เช็คอิน บอกว่าจองแล้วจาก Agoda แต่พนักงานบอกว่าไม่มีข้อมูลการจอง เลยยื่นvoucher ให้ดู เค้าบอกให้รอซักครู่ แต่ซักครู่ของเค้าคือ 1 ชั่วโมงกว่า เดินทางมาเหนื่อยๆ อยากเข้าห้องพัก อาบน้ำสบายๆ ก็ไม่ได้ โอ้ยยยย รอจนบ่าย 3 โมงกว่าถึงจะมีรถกอล์ฟมารับไปส่งที่ห้อง
- เข้าห้องพักมา ห้องก็ไม่สะอาด มีเศษเส้นผมในห้องเยอะเลย อยากจะกวาดห้องเอง พอจะอาบน้ำ น้ำก็มีกลิ่นเหม็น และน้ำก็รวยรินเหลือเกิน เลยเปิดน้ำใส่อ่างอาบน้ำเอา แต่ที่ตลกมากคือ น้ำไม่ร้อนเลยยยยยยแถมเย็นมาก สาบานว่าเปิดวาล์วให้ร้อนสุดแล้ว ต้องตักน้ำใส่กาน้ำ ต้มทีละกา รวมแล้ว 5 กา ถึงพอจะอาบได้ ดีนะเอะใจลองดูซิว่าเครื่องอาบน้ำมีครบมั้ย สรุปว่าไม่มีแชมพู เลยโทรไปหาที่ Fron(มีเบอร์เดียวที่ติดต่อได้)โทรไป 4 ครั้งกว่าจะมีคนรับ ไม่อยากรบกวนมากเลยถามว่ามีร้านสะดวกซื้อบ้างมั้ยในโรงแรม เจ้าหน้าที่บอกไม่มี "ต้องการอะไร ครับ"เลยบอกไปว่าขอ แชมพู เค้าบอก ขอโทษ จะรีบให้แม่บ้านรีบเอาไปให้ รอ 10 นาทีก็ยังไม่มาเลยโทรไปตาม เจ้าหน้าที่บอก "แจ้งแม่บ้านแล้ว ขอโทษครับจะรีบให้แม่บ้านเอาไปให้เลย" รออีกเกือบ 10 นาทีเลยโทรไปตามอีก(วันนี้จะได้อาบน้ำ สระผม มั้ย!)คราวนี้เริ่มโมโห เลยถามว่า ตกลงจะเอามาให้ได้รึยัง นี่รอเกือบครึ่งชั่วโมงแล้ว กับเจอเจ้าหน้าที่พูดเชิงประชดออกมาว่า "ถ้างั้นผมจะวิ่งเอาไปให้คุณเลย" แต่ขอย้ำว่า น้ำเสียงประชดอย่างชัดเจน หลังจากนั้นซัก 5 นาทีมีแม่บ้านวิ่งหน้าตาตื่นมาสองคนพร้อมถุงพลาสติกในมือ ถามว่าเค้าลืมใส่เครื่องอาบน้ำไว้ให้เหรอ เป็นไปได้เหรอ โหหห ถามงี้หมายความว่างัย เลยบอกว่าคุณลืมแชมพู ไม่เชื่อไปตรวจดูเอง เค้าเดินไปดูกันจริงๆ แล้วส่งทั้งถุงให้เรา แล้วบอกว่าให้หมดทุกอย่างเลย แต่เราไม่เอา บอกไปว่าจะเอาแค่แชมพู
- มีเบอร์โทรให้บริการที่ front officeเบอร์เดียว เพื่อตามทุกอย่างไม่ว่าจะเป็น Room Service ห้องพักมีเป็นร้อยเ-พัน ทางโรงแรมกลับมีติดต่อแค่เบอร์เดียว ด้วยความที่โรงแรมใหญ่มากไปสระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ต้องเรียกรถกอล์ฟ กว่าโทรติดก็ 10 นาที กว่าจะมารออีกครึ่งชั่วโมงกว่า
- สั่งอาหาร ประมาณชัวโมงก็ยังไม่มา เลยโทรไปยกเลิก เซ็ง
**กฏของโรงแรม ห้ามวางของหน้าบันไดหนีไฟ/ลิฟท์ แต่คุณกองผ้าขวางไว้ทั้ง2ที่เลย

รู้ว่าโรงแรมยังใหม่มาก แต่ถ้ายังไม่พร้อมอย่าเพิ่งเอาความเป็น Centara มาทำให้ผิดหวังอย่างนี้ ... ได้คุยกับเจ้าหน้าที่บางคนของโรงแรม เค้ายอมรับเลยว่าโดนลูกค้าบ่นมาก เรื่องบริการ
