The hotel standard was wonderful rooms always clean staff were very helpful and the atmosphere of the place was very family orientated. We took 4 of our children with us 3 adults and 1 ten year old and it suited all of us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You need to get out and see the beauty of Thailand it is worth it.

Good hotel but brekfast and wifi were shocking.
Very nice location and excellent swimming pools.

Stay was very nice,complaint about 5 times about blocked drain in shower and nothing was done. The poor bar persons at the swimming pool(hotel) need to walk to collect food from the kitchen with no trolleys or things to help.Nobody advertise the cocktail point on the ninth floor. Transport desk were very help full with great prices.Cleaning of room were good but sometimes the rooms was still not done by 16:00
Restaurant Tip:
All the restaurants are good in the main street with very nice food the number one for us were the red union restaurant.

Great location for Karon beach and Nightlife

The hotel is very good for people who like adventures, sport and nightlife. To me, this is my family trip. Most of the time, I didn't stay at the hotel. I drove a car and traveled to attraction places in Phuket. My family totally loves the breakfast at the hotel. The superior room is quiet-good to stay. The hotel environment is great something like garden and pool.

this resort has all you could need, and is closest to everything else. every other resort required either a long walk or a local taxi to food, shopping and entertainment. this is the only resort you can walk to all those things.
with 3 pools, inc one witha water slide, you'll enjoy not having to walk far in the heat.
the breakfasts are fantastic, lots of western and thai choices.
we are very, very happy we chose this hotel.

ลิฟท์ก็ไม่มี คนสูงอายุขึ้นลงลำบาก ขนาดชั้นหนึ่งยังต้องขึ้นลงบันได
แอร์ห้องหนึ่งก็หนาวจนสั่นปรับไม่ได้ อีกห้องร้อน แจ้งพนักงานก็ไม่ทำอะไร แค่เสียบคีย์การ์ดไว้(คงเผื่อกลับเข้ามาจะได้รู้สึกเย็น แต่ก็ไม่)
ห้องพักทั่วไปจะเป็นราคา สองคนต่อห้อง แต่เอาลูกไปนอนเพิ่มในห้องที่พักเดี่ยวต้องเพิ่มเงินอีก
ต้องcopy - ID card ผู้พักทุกคนเลย เกินไป หรือเปล่า

ถือเป็นที่พักที่ผมประทับใจอีกที่หนึ่งเลยครับ พนักงานน่ารักมาก โรงแรมดูใหม่แล้วก็อบอุ่นดีครับ
พื้นที่ในโรงแรมกว้างขวาง และมีสระน้ำให้เลือกลงเล่นที่ๆใกล้ห้องพักคุณที่สุด
ทุกอย่างโดยรวมโอเคเลยครับ
เสียอย่างเดียวตรงที่ บริเวณที่เป็นเหมือนเป็นหน้าโรงแรมเก่า (ถูกรื้อถอนออกไป) ยังดูสกปรก
และสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความไม่ใส่ใจของโรงแรมที่จะปล่อยทิ้งไว้ โดยไม่ปรับปรุงหรือ พัฒนาให้ดีขึ้น
ทำให้ลูกค้าที่วอกอิน ไม่มีความมั่นใจในการเข้าพัก เนื่องจากเห็นสภาพที่คล้ายหน้าโรงแรม เละเทะ
