I was delighted when I was allowed to check in at 11am something you don't find other hotel. Apart from this the location is great with shopping, drinking, eating places just within 5 minutes from the hotel.
Spacious rooms and very clean as well. Nice pool with steam room available. All this comes affordable to almost anyone. A definitely come back to this wonderful hotel for me again next time I visit phuket.

new hotel among noisy Hard Rock but still hearing almost nothing

Small pool on roof with big roof bar. Nice sunshine whole day.
Many small imporvements to be done.
Only thing i do not like is that ther is only one the elevator, it keeps us waiting !

hotel is at the bottom end of patong and is in a good location one street back from the beach. nice roof top bar and pool. good hotel for a short stay as it is not really a resort.
breakfast choice was basic and only one lift for guests in the hotel.
still a nice little place and would consider staying there again.

the hotel is brand new compared with the hotels nearby. there are many shops and cafe nearby, Hardrock Cafe is just 100m away. Beach is within walking distance and getting to the central shopping mall is also easy,about 15 minutes. The reception is abit small but tidy. The staff at the reception are friendly and efficient but lack personal touch. Every trival request will have to abide to rule. Overall, it is generally pleasant.
Travel tip:
Suitable for beach goers and shoppers.

Absolutely value for money! They were having a soft launch with very attractive rates. It was a pleasant surprise that they offered a welcome cocktail (only redeemable from 6-7pm). Currently, there is only 1 lift as the other one located at another end of the hotel is under construction. Nonetheless, the wait for the lift was acceptable and walking a few floors wouldn’t hurt. All the staffs I met there were friendly and each of them greets you when they see you. The rooms there are really big and quite clean. Room service is great too!
Location wise, although not the most central, it is only 5 minutes walk to the beach (catch the sunset). About 10 to 15 minutes walk to Jungceylon and Soi Bangla.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go for a Phi Phi Island Day Tour. Nice scenery. If you are into lots of snorkelling, swimming and want to pack many activities in a day, try the speedboat tour. Else for people like me who prefer a relaxing holiday, try the one by big boat (ferry). Nice relaxing ride to visit places in Phi Phi. And you still get to go snorkelling.

this hotel is new and clean.the service is ok.the restorant food is nice and resonable price,the location is a litle bit far from night life have to walk 15-20minit,if take 'tuk tuk' charger is 100 to 200bath,if walk to beach just 5 minit nearest.this hotel come down is night market,but the price expensive,if want shop better go town more cheaper then patong beach.

hotel located away from the busiest patong, but only 5 minutes walk to the beach. around the hotel, there are quite a lot of restaurants & bars.

i was given a room at level 7. the room allocated to me was clean and big. definately worth the money that i have paid for the room. great value. sometime it might take awhile for the lift to reach your level. other than that...2 thumbs up!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent a Bike at around 200bhts/day and explore the wonderful beaches in phuket. I enjoyed the sea breeze while riding on the coastal route. Stop at any beaches and have an ice cold coconut with snacks like fries. Thats LIFE!!
