Nice hotel,but shower in 3 rooms broken

We found the hotel very nice especially the staff and the pool.Great view from our room.However,when i reported broken floor in my shower they moved me to another room which had exactly the same problem,work that out.

Good hotel but some distance from Chalong Pier
Good sized rooms, spacious foyer and nice pool.

May is low season so I expected things to be quieter however hotel was practically empty during my two week stay. Room and facilities very good and clean although probably a bit more drawer space would be appreciated if 2/3 people were shareing. Staff friendly and helpful although those on duty during my stay were a bit limited with their English, this may well be diffeent during high season. Beach is fine for sitting on but not a good swimming area due to shallow water and extensive mud flats, pool is fine however. Not many attractions in the immediate area but not too far from Chalong pier where dive boats and long tailed local boats available to visit islands.
I went out for meals so no comments of the food.

great for quietness of traffic

its my second stay in 3 months, the management really needs more training, a frenchman in a thai hotel trying to understand english was too much, every thing about the hotel was great,,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go to patong beach,kata beach for a day trip,,phi phi island too,,bars are ok been to better

my second stay and will again, eccept for noisy kids ,no control by parents, staff were abused by the german pigs and dirty french too ,they are the rudest people on this earth,, pity ,as the hotel was great lots of australians and kiwi;s there enjoying thier holidays,, good people,polite and not abusive to the hotel staff

dont let filthy french and german pigs get to you .. no wonder they lost the war ,,twice,, they treat others like shit,,

Brown water from the watertab

Reception: Their english skills were quite bad, but lovely smile helped a lot :)
Room: Clean room, toilet and balcony.
Water: Water from watertab was brown!? I know you shouldnt drink water form the tab, but you cant even wash your hands with brown water!
Pool area: Small but ok.

we think that we had a okay stay. The look from the room was very good, and we were satisfied with the possibilities of the room. It would be very good, if this hotel did some investments regarding fitness and other ways to use the body. The poolarea was nice.
