Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

This was nota bad hotel until this last stay. They hotel is poorly kept and run down. The bathrooms are not clean or well kept with not working showers and no flushing toilet. As standards fell they have became overrun with cheap tours. And I mean overrun. During our three day stay they had dozens of giant tour busses shuttling the tourists in and out. They keep the busses running so sleep was impossible until 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM when they started them up for the day. Management at the hotel is no existent. They only have low level employees that just shrug. The noise of 50 or 60 people clamoring to get off the buss and share stories made for an unpleasant stay. In fact an article in a tourist magazine said that the Ministry of Tourism for Kingdom of Thailand was concerned that too many Chinese tour groups are driving traditional tourists to other destinations.
As well, the have installed theses unusual hanging plastic devises weighted down by 2 inch steel poles that bang against the wall in the wind. So when the busses do get shut down the endless banging in the wind of the makeshift rain flaps on every floor slamming into the wall reverberate all night. We won’t go back here.

Seaview room with just a patch of seaview
7.3
the room is fine, quite big and clean, but the bathroom leave a lot to be desired. the shower cabin door was broken. the technician was not able to fix it. the hotel building is a bit laid back from the sea front and is in fact behind a row of villas. if you really want seaview, you have to be at the top floor.

Ambitious new starter
Spacious clean rooms with luxurious bathrooms, good breakfast, very nice pool area, very friendly and accomodating staff, good beach front restaurant, free internet
8.7
This newly opened hotel has great ambitions - great rooms, facilities (including spa)and staff. Several restaurants are/will be available with extensive menus. We preferred the beach alternative, with a less fancy menu and Thai alternatives (when in Thailand.... ) but for those who would like sumptious eating we're sure the main restaurant featuring a European upmarket menu will be a good choice as well. Since the sea is not tempting, it's a good thing that the hotel pool is such a great place - both for swimming and relaxing. Our kids didn't get out of the water all day!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent a longtail boat and make excursions to the islands in Chalong bay. As good swimming (or better) than the Andaman. We paid 1500B for the whole day, which is the price of an allday taxi. It would be a good idea for the hotel to organize a daily transport to the islands, to make up for the lack of sea swimming opportunities!!

CLIENTELE: 60% Chinois, 30% Russes, 10% autres. Groupes arrivant a 4h du matin.
Mosquee a 150m vol d'oiseau.
Belle vue mer et piscine au dernier etage.
Belle plage avec transats desinfectes regulierement.
Grand refrigerateur.
Mets au restaurants gouteux.
