Traval in Phuket town, Great Place
Good location in Phuket town, Good price and Cute room

If you want to travel in Phuket Town, this is the one of the good place for you because of the location fot this place is on the center of Phuket town.
But 1 thing that make me trouble is the smell that come from the fresh market beside the hotel then when you come out of the hotel you will can smell that but the smell can't go in to your room because in the room no have the bad smell.

Very nice hotel but noisy location
Very modern and clean room although on the small side. Had TV, kettle, fridge etc.

Unfortunately the location lets this hotel down. The market next door is very noisy from 4am so we didn't sleep well. The smell in the street approaching the hotel is also pretty bad.
Shopping Tip:
At night, there'a a great fruit market across the street from the main market, just go down a side street and you'll find it.

Great hotel in "a not right location"

It was great for a budget hotel! got very clean and comfy room.. room was too small actually but not a prob cuz we only used it to sleep.. the hotel is on a strategic location actually, IF it's not next to traditional market!! better take a higher floor, we've got 3rd floor and it's not that noisy.. not all receptionist can speak english!! needed an effort to have 2 ways communication.. overall, we're quite satisfied, and would like to come back there.

This hotel is located in the center of the city, next to the market, easy to find food, and very close to the local bus hub ("Song-teaw" or "Po-tong" in local word).
The room and hotel itself is nice, new, and modern style. The room is not that big but not too small. It's functional too.
The cons thing may be that he bed linen may look old or dirty. (in my case, there are black spots on bed linen and pillow cover. Another bad thing is that I saw some 3-5 hairs on my bed after I open the blanket before I used it. Anyway, I just think in a positive way that the housekeeper may not shake the cover well when she/he changed the cover.)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the local bus hub where you can take bus (we call "Song-Teaw" in Thai or "Po-Tong" as a local word in Phuket). You can take the bus to all important points/location in Phuket such as Kata, Karon, or Patong beach as well as Sarasin bridge.

the price was very cheap, but the room interior and its cleaniss is very nice. it provides free wifi. the clerks are very kind and helpful. the only drawback is that there is no elevator.
Restaurant Tip:
If you are looking for real local food, and cool bars then you might want to walk around further to China town area.

For the price this is an amazing deal. It is really the perfect hotel: big, comfortable beds, air con that you can control easily, t.v., super clean and bright throughout, computers in the lobby and wifi otherwise. Only one real drawback and that is it's a bit stinky outside the front door — I think sewer or the big early morning market across the street may drain chicken or meat-chopping water into the road. It's on a side street and my taxi driver didn't know where it was at first (probably because it's new) but he made a call and then found it easily. It was perfect for me the night before a flight and the hotel booked a taxi for me at 6 a.m. that I prepaid. (— nearly a 45 minute drive). Some may find the absence of a restaurant in the hotel a problem, but I found a great restaurant nearby and found plenty of snacks along the way. Plus they offer noodle cups, coffee and drinks in the fridge for a very small price.
I would definitely stay there again, for even longer next time, and explore Phuket Town.
Restaurant Tip:
Not far from the Natural Restaurant (about a 10-minute walk) which is amazing — full of orchids and waterfalls and kitchy collectables from all over the world. Also, dropped in at the big market next door to the hotel for a great and super cheap Thai takeout breakfast: custard cake, sticky rice and mango and banana. Lovely. Really wished I could have stayed longer at the market to see it all but had to catch an early flight.

Great location and helpful staffs

it was the 1st time i went to phuket. we chose this hotel because we wanted to avoid the noisy and hectic ambience (and more expensive) at the beaches. it ended we made a right decision that the hotel is very clean, tidy, quiet and have very helpful staffs. we asked the staffs about directions to go different places and they patiently show us how to get to those places by pulling out a few different maps. in short, if you were to stay in phuket town area, this will be a good choice to consider.

Nice modern clean hotel

it was really great, the place is super clean, best shower in thailand so far. the shower was hot with lots of pressure.
Restaurant Tip:
Good expensive steak. There was this french restaurant we happened across. Exit the hotel on and turn right on the main street. Keep right is just past the first roundabout.
Steak was 1200baht for 300grams so about 40Aud, it was worth every dollar cooked to perfection.

Stayed at the hotel on rout to the islands. The hotel was very clean and modern. They arranged for us to be picked up in the morning to be taken to the port. They didn't serve food but gave us a map of the best places to eat witch were very local.
