Simple Hotel and Value for Money
Simple Architectural Design, Rooms arespacious and clean, large clean bathroom.

Had stay one night at Clear House, it's very close to the nice dinning place called Sweet Dream. Recommend both Hotel and Restaurant for those who like quiet place and value for money.

Great rooms, great location, but on a small alley
Hotel is only a few feet from the main street full of great restaurants and only a few feet the other direction from an exquisitely beautiful beach.

Well-appointed rooms but no landscaping around them and they are just on a narrow paved alleyway with no view except of each other. Room 9 especially - it even has no private porch.
Despite all this, air-conditioning makes them very comfortable and quiet, the bedding is really nice and the location can't be beat. Kamala is a very touristy beach, packed with European travelers (who always know the best beaches!), but the water and view are among the nicest in the world. No

Wireless WiFi worked very well, frig with free bottled water everyday, nice little outside patio with chairs and wet towel rack

Overall very nice. Good service, friendly lady manager and staff, very clean, great location, handy to all restaurants and bars, short ride into Patong, which is a must see. Room has everything you can ask for, except an in-room safe. You had to give to Manager to store your valuables in a safe place. This is my only compliant. The wifi was excellent. All in all very nice, and would definitely stay here again.

a small collection of rooms built around an alley very near the central walking street of kamala. no real services to speak of, but clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds and large showers for when you come back from the beach.
good value for the location, and a decent option if you are looking to stay near, but not on, the beach, and also near all the main bars / restaurants of quiet (compared to patang) kamala.

We arrived very late (or early!) 3:30 am. I had left a note on Agoda, but the receptionist had not read the note. But she received us anyway. The room was large, very comfy bed, large shower. Do have in mind this place is budget, so the bathroom standards are not great, but enough if you're used to budget travelling. As other posters say, it is on the road but set back, so no noise. We thought it was a great place to stay, as we don't need any frills as we are out all day. Nice long stretch of beach to walk in the evening, full of nice places to eat and have a drink.

good deal for a good place. the manager is very helpful. my only complaint was the inconsistency of the hot water heater but it wasn't anything serious.
