Superb Laid Back hotel
Quite, calming place in a great location

Only slight moan was the amount they stuck on the transfer we asked for, they charged us 1300 bht from the airport ( should be 1000), and done us again when we wanted to go to Phuket Town a 500 charge when 250 was what it should gave been then put 10% service and 7% tax ontop so don't get the reception to book a cab / transfer for you ! We found a guy called kohad who is veri reliable

Magnificent setting with brilliant sunsets

This hotel is really special. The staff are fantastic and dining excellent. Nice for a quite time away from the crowds. Nothing in the area so you do need to hire a car or bike. Hotel excellent in organizing taxi service.

i dont think this hotel is worth some of the hype on trip advisor - it is isolated, but the beach is not amazing, the food/restaraunt area is not so special compared to a lot of accommodation in south east asia. the staff were lovely and the peace and quiet was appreciated - but this was not value for money.

we arrived at the hotel to be meet with complete darkness, the doors where open but nobody at home. we had to wait almost an hour for the elderly security to wait a member of staff. when we asked for a beer or water we where told the fridge's where locked for the night.
when we awoke in the morning and went for b/fast we where not very impressed and apparently our booking did not include b/fast so we where asked to pay 360.00baht (8 pound) so that was the last time we had b/fast.
the hotel location is very private but the beach where the hotel sit's is very dirty with much coral in the water. the hotel pool is very nice but no swim up bar.
the hotel is very very dark at night with little lighting to help you get to your room.
we would not go back there again.
Restaurant Tip:
Only one other resturant nearby.

we stayed here for a night and found it just lovely.got great deal from agoda. deluxe rooms are all on the third floor (feel tired a bit from climbing up), anyway we can see the view of the sea and mountain from the balcony which was great indeed. we think it has a better view compare to the second and first floor.there are two pools, beach front and second-floor which is in front of the other guest's rooms who stay on the second floor. the location is secluded, not busy as in patong, rather quiet and peaceful.good for honeymooners and those who want to get away and just relaxed.
room is clean and provide all the amenities needed. breakfast comes in set with few options, not that pleasant compare to those hotels with the same star that offers delicious buffet. just about 15-20 minutes to central. it's better to have your own vehicle so you can drive around wheerever you want without being over-charged from local transportation.
the only major cons about this hotel are: breakfast, air-con in the room is leaking we had to use two towels to absorb the waters.
the other minors are beach is not clean we think the hotel should manage with the garbage and sharp glasses on the beach.
the cushion at the sala is also rotten and worn out.
overall is great and worth staying!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Drive out of the hotel a little bit and you'll see a spot to stop by for shooting pictures of sea view. A panoramic would be even greater.

this hotel met our standards of comfartability, cleanliness, good food and friendliness of the staff! the hotel is situated on the eastern side of puket island and is thus out of the ''hustle and bustle'' of places like patong and karon beaches. if you are looking for a hotel which is secluded, this is it, paridise!!!...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the hotel is close to the puket zoo, which is a must see!

if you want a quiet and peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of most thai towns. then this is the place for you.
staff dont speak very good english but they make an effort to sort things out for you, its a small hotel so they get to know you and what you like. the food is excellent and is worth staying just for that. the beach is ok its not tourist clean and its not that dirty i've seen a lot worse.. this is not a tourist hotspot. phuket town is about 10/15 mins away by hotel taxi (no taxis outside of hotel) with a large shopping mall and the nightmarket. the bay is lovely and you cant help but look out over it wether it be while sunbathing or eating in the restaurant or at sunset. life happens on the bay. make time for a few days away from it all!!!

When we arrived we were received very hospitably, given a welcome drink and a neck rub!! We had been travelling from Phi Phi Island, and were hot and tired, so that was very welcome. Regrettably we did not have much time at the hotel, so we hurried to change and get down to the pool/beach before sunset. But as soon as we got downstairs, time seemed to slow way down as we enjoyed the cabana, beach, poolside drinks...
Then we had a very relaxed delicious Thai dinner...
The staff were all exceptional.
Thank you for a very beautiful place to stay on our travels!

Amazing retreat in paradise
Excellent value for money, Fantastic staff, quiet location, immaculate and amazing food!

we would 100% reccomend the Cloud19 Beach Retreat in Phuket. Located in Panwa it is idically quiet and relaxing. We prety much had the hotel to ourselves for our entire stay. The staff are fantastic, high level service and would do any for you.
Water is provided free of charge throughout your stay, whether in the room, at the restaurant or by the pool - a very nice extra!
The restaurant's Thai food was excellent, very high level and clearly a talented chef - highly reccomend the spicy snapper salad and pineapple fried rice!!!
Excellent value for money.
Only negative is beach is not clean but not the hotels fault, it's a public beach in a bay location. You can walk a fair while down the beach and experience local beach shack style eateries - very cheap!
Fnaly comment is the spa is a BARGAIN, I have never stayed anywhere with treatments to reasonable.
We would definatley go back - thank you team Cloud19
Restaurant Tip:
Beach shacks a short walk from the hotel (down the beach) provide fresh seafood and thai food at really cheap prices. Also a massage service on the beach, you get to lie down to the sound of waves whilst being massage into a state of relaxation..... Perfect.
