We stay for 4 nights in Cloud19 and we got excellent services from the staff even from the owner of the hotel he walking around and taking the feedback from guests. We got free upgrade for the room and their airport transfer was so luxury it was
The hotel is far from the services and markets and the Taxis will charge you more in this place but is very suitable for honeymooners and who is looking for relaxation. In the next trip to Thai will will stay again in this great hotel.

We loved staying at this small but beautiful and romantic hotel located directly opposite the beach. Upon chek in, upgrade us to a superior room, which was a nice gesture.
The beach is good but the water at Kata Beach and in Phiphi islands is more clear. It is located away from the hustle of Phuket.If you do not want to eat at the hotel restaurant (a bit expensive) there are two restaurants on the beach, just 5 minutes walk, with great local food! Only two less positive things to mention: the hotel does not provide a shuttle service transfer, allowing guests to move to other places such as Phuket Town and also fact that there are works right beside the hotel which started at 8:00 a.m. in the morning !
Moreover, 5 stars!
Wonderful sunset views!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not miss a visit to Phiphi Island and to Kata/Karon Beach

Quiet Boutique hotel

Satisfied with my stay. I chose this hotel because of its location, the peace and serenity it offered. It did not disappoint. The extra benefit this small hotel ofered was the personal services of the GM and his ever polite English speaking assistant who greeted me on arrival. I even met the owner who live on the premises.
I highly recommend the place to those who just wants to chill out.

Nice chic beach retreat away from buzz
Small chic hotel away from crowds, very nice atmosphere, excellent kitchen, close-by other beach restaurants.

If you are looking for a true retreat away from crowd this is the place. That said, it is isolated if you want to move around the Phuket daily. But if you want to spend few lazy days we can recommend this place for sure.
Cloud19 has also very good kitchen. Its not the cheapest but for example their panang and tom yam are really good.
The beach is not good, but it didn't bother us as we had the upper infinity pool almost completely to ourselves.
Restaurant Tip:
From Cloud19, walk few hundred meters towards Chalong on the beach and you'll find few beach side restaurants. One of them was constantly full and provided cheaper food and best currys (spicy) of our whole visit around Phuket island.

Can hear people talking from joining rooms not good as there is no privacy although we requested a quiet room.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you need a taxi, use Novotels taxi service or the little hire place 5 mins up the road from Cloud 19 as it is much cheaper.

My son and I stayed for 4 nights and had a really good time. the hotel was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was great. highly recommended if you wanted to be far away from any hustle and bustle.
