Far from the beach and Patong downtown
Quiet area, good breakfast but paid.

Location is very far from the beach and all attractions in Patong. You will need a motorcycle which you can rent from the hotel for 150B per day. They have shuttle to the center but only a few times a day which is not really useful. Rooms are relatively clean but shower is old. Staff is ok. Internet was not working 4 out of 8 days. I had to tell the staff to reboot their wifi router. Also wifi signal in the rooms is very poor, most of the time no signal and I had to go to the lobby where mosquitoes are at all time. Breakfast area and pool also full of mosquitoes. Breakfast is good for the price! There was electricity and water outage a few times for a few hours. AC was leaking in front of my door at all time so the floor was constantly wet. I could even hear the water drops from my bed. The management didn't do anything about all of these. Fitness is ok, small but for free.
I would definitely not stay again in the hotel. There are way better hotels with better service and location for the same price!
