I had a nice stay at the Club Bamboo but the room needed a little attention. The breakfast and dinner in the hotel's restaurant could not be faulted. The shuttle to town goes a few times during the day. The pool is nice but a little small. The gym was adequate and well looked after.

stayed at the other building in a nice De Luxe room with Patong view.
Think pool/garden view in the main building would be nicer.
Hotel is old but clean. Some pics on agoda show a nice new resort with pool , this is the villa which is somewhere else.
I rented a motorbike at the hotel for 180Baht per day.
This is a must if you wanna enjoy your stay here, otherwise
you better choose a resort near the beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I dont like the beach of Patong !
I go every day with my motorbike to other beaches like ,
Karon , Kata Noi , Surin , Laem Singh , Nai Harn ....
