It was alright. We stayed for 3 days and had a good stay. Only drawback is sometimes 1 of the male staff stay at the reception, and English is not so okay. The rest of the receptionist speak English well.

Best value for money hotel in Patong
I was shocked to see how large our room was, I will stay here again for sure.

Staff were always helpful and polite. My son wanted to stay for another week 8-)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try S.J.Somjai tours, we found them the best tour guide, white water rafting, flying fox, elephant and monkey shows, ATV riding etc.

Nic friendly good value hotel

Good facilities, restaurant,nice big bungalow room,wifi, nice pool, gym and spar. Everything you would expect from a higher rating hotel. On the downside, the place is looking jaded. Quite a few repairs required. Pool had quite a few jagged areas where tiles were broken and needed cleaning more often, due to the overhanging trees. Generally needs a bit of facelift. Still excellent value and I will stay again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Nice touch with a shuttle bus to the beach. The walk is only 15 minutes and not too strenuous.

It cost as much as a shaby shag in lanta but it have the rooms quality and friendliness of a realy expensiv place as you wna juge things by the price. We like it so mutch we just back for an other few days. If i come to Patong thats my joice.
Restaurant Tip:
If you drive out of the Hotel and take a right turn at the road follow it for about 3 min. bei scooter and you find Kind of a Marketplace on your left hand side there is a few open bars next to the street with Billiard tables but go behind there is a line of restaurants, take the second from the left, free salad with every meal and the food is realy good and so big portions for a realy cheap price! FREE SALAD AND FRUITS! the first place from the left always was close so check if it is open the good place is the second from the left.

The crew that served us was excellent. Never fails to provide with a smile. Coz we were very high up on the hill, there was always a vehicle that transports us to the main lobby. Not only tt, they provide a mobile phone which allows us to call them to pick us up to somewhere.
The rooms were awesome. They have this power saving thingy where at late afternoon the aircon would work less stronger which is awesome as I m enviromental friendly... But its soooooo hot then... Mebbe if they provide a fan...
Swimming was fun... We love swimming at night especially.. Gd weather to do it. The pool os dirty tho as the trees nearby often drop leaves and all. But heck we werent the
type tt cares..
There s dvd player w loads of good shows provided. Theres cable. Theres a kitchen to cook. There wifi. Theres a fridge. Theres cutlery n plates loads of them to have proper dinner.
Overall I m pretty satisfied.
Restaurant Tip:
Need halal food? Most of them are located near patong beach... :)

Good plaace to stay with the children.

We stayed in a free standing bungalow. Spacious enough, good furnishings but room requires more touch up maintenence.
Nice swimming pool. Great breakfast. Good lunch and dinner menu.
As the resort is about 20 minutes walk from Patong Beach, the complimentary shuttle is not running often enough and has very limited seating.
Overall we enjoyed a very pleasant stay.
Travel tip:
If you are booking tours, do it in small shops around Patong rather then at Reception, you will get a much better deal.
Good thai restaurant next door, limited menu but great home cooking and as cheap as...

Bad location with very small pool

First of all. Hotel is located very far from the beach. Only taxi or motorbike taxi as an option if you don't have your own car. Walking is possible but it is like walking trough crowded city not island. Rooms are ok but with very ugly view-local swamp or rubbish bin Swimming pool very small with really no chances to swim. Breakfast buffet was good.
