easy to look for food and convention store breakfast average and service very slow, but location easy to walk to tai pan and patong beach.

far from the beach,about 40 min walk, far from the city, about 1 hour drive by taxi(which is 3 x more expensive then anywhere in Thailand). not good for couples. very loud in the night. no breakfast menu. very strange atmosphere. we didn't feel comfortable there. the deposit box was not fixed when we came, there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. so the first thing we had to ask for fixing everything! there is an open gap in the top of the wall in the bathroom so anyone from the outisde can take a chair and have a look!the pool very small!the reception is hidden so anyone can walk in to the hotel. there was no breakfast menu!when we asked what they do they said that they can do eggs!so we got 1 toast each, eggs and tea and that was it! we were happly to leave the hotel after 1 night! The hotel was not worth the money!Also the hotel area was very expensive and not as welcome as other places in Thailand

the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a pool table in the reception room that you can play any time without charge. The praise is quite reasonable and including American breakfast. Little bit far form the beach, yet you can reach there on foot, around 30min. Staffs look bit shy, but they are very gentle and kind. It is called "Guest house" but I think It's better than certain 3stars hotel. I like here very much. I'm sure that I will stay again the next time too.
Shopping Tip : Just behind this guest house, there is a huge new shoppig conplex. it is around 10min on foot.

The Club Coconut Resort is located on Nanai Road ‘which is only three roads parallel to the beach road in Patong and only 5 minutes away by taxi services or motorbike which we can arrange for you here. Within a few steps outside of the Resort you will find more Restaurants, bars and the famous "Hideaway" massage and spa is just across the street. All other holiday necessities such as; camera film and development, mini markets, salon, taxi services etc are with-in walking distance.
