breakfast average and service very slow, but location easy to walk to tai pan and patong beach.

very strange atmosphere. we didn't feel comfortable there. the deposit box was not fixed when we came. so the first thing we had to ask for fixing everything! the pool very small! the reception is hidden so anyone can walk in to the hotel. there was no breakfast menu!when we asked what they do they said that they can do eggs!so we got 1 toast each, eggs and tea and that was it! we were happly to leave the hotel after 1 night! The hotel was not worth the money!Also the hotel area was very expensive and not as welcome as other places in Thailand

Staffs look bit shy, but they are very gentle and kind. It is called "Guest house" but I think It's better than certain 3stars hotel. I like here very much. I'm sure that I will stay again the next time too.

Won't go there anymore, I got a much better place at the same price at the center of Patong.

There are better hotels in the area, for the same price.

I am a solo traveller and I have some stayed in some dives but this one takes the cake! My first day I took a shower and discovered that the bathroom leaked all into the bedroom. So they offered to move me to another room which is fine - it happens. The first room they showed me had a leaking shower which meant that there was constantly going to be water on the floor so I asked to see another. I accepted the second room and it seemed to be ok... I did however sleep in my sleep-sheet rather than on their sheets, again - I can deal with this. The next morning I had a shower... no hot water and the water kept running out brown, no matter how long I ran it for. Again, I decided to just let it be... until I came back that night, flushed the loo and had water spray all over the bathroom! I went to speak to reception and again they wanted to move me but by this stage I'd had enough... Unfortunately for me I'd paid for 4 nights so that was money down the drain as the owner became nasty (as mentioned in other reviews) and told me I would not get it back and the usual rate is double what I was paying! Steer clear of this hell-hole - for the same money you can get much, much better. I am still trying to get a response from Agoda regarding this as I feel that the room taxes I paid in my booking should certainly be refunded as I did not stay there for the full booking.

A very nice tour agent just near by the hotel, Phuket Coconut Tour. Ben and their driver Mr. Tanakit are both very kind and nice.

Great little place to stay with friendly staff. Very cheap but very clean.

Room hotels very clean,staffs always smile and cooperative and most important thing easy to go to the seaside and town.

I stayed here because it is reasonable price in peak season Phuket. Equipment is not bad. Pool is good. But the service in reception is the worst. They were in a bad mood every time. So I feel sad. At next visit I want to stay another hotel even extra paying.

Given the bustle of nearby Patong Beach Phuket, this hotel with its welcome swimming pool, is a relatively quiet corner. The hotel seemed to be undergoing an improvement in service from previous reviews i noted now being under new Indian management. I would happily stay there again in the future. Thank you.

The hotel is not on the main street and some tuk-tuk drivers had difficulty finding it.
