i liked the location

well i had booked 2 rooms & our flight at 9 pm we were charged 600 BT for the extra time even after we gave them a room at 9 am so that was very dissapointing

WEll I am very happy with the package dealing with AGODA & HAVE RECOMENDED MY FRIENDS about it KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FOLKS !!!

really friendly staff, lovely swimming pool, deluxe room excellent....rrom with balcony overlooking pool.

breakfast always the same...pool bar not open at night...

really good value for money hotel...excellent deluxe room, staff very friendly and extremely helpful with regard to excursions...pool area lovely,very relaxing with pool bar staff very nice. would not recomend a room facing onto street as can be noisy at night...part of the hotel is being refurbished, due to be completed in couple of months, but the noise did not affect us at all. would recomend only on a BED AND BREAKFAST basis as so many places to eat out at night for variety. would definately stay there again.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : hotel giving 50% discount for excursions......however tour place in karon beach were even cheaper!!!
