Clean room, Freindly staff and good service The bathroom should be improve. The location is near the beach. It is a small hotel which is good manage. All the staffs are freindly. Breakfast is good. There are many kinds and change the menu everyday. You will enjoy if you need the quiet place to relax. We extended to stay here for 4 nights.

well i had booked 2 rooms & our flight at 9 pm we were charged 600 BT for the extra time even after we gave them a room at 9 am so that was very dissapointing WEll I am very happy with the package dealing with AGODA & HAVE RECOMENDED MY FRIENDS about it KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FOLKS !!!

really friendly staff, lovely swimming pool, deluxe room excellent....rrom with balcony overlooking pool. breakfast always the same...pool bar not open at night... really good value for money hotel...excellent deluxe room, staff very friendly and extremely helpful with regard to excursions...pool area lovely,very relaxing with pool bar staff very nice. would not recomend a room facing onto street as can be noisy at night...part of the hotel is being refurbished, due to be completed in couple of months, but the noise did not affect us at all. would recomend only on a BED AND BREAKFAST basis as so many places to eat out at night for variety. would definately stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : hotel giving 50% discount for excursions......however tour place in karon beach were even cheaper!!!

Pool. Breakfast. Gardens. Friendly service. Location location location. one pool filter at bottom of pool by the slide needs to be fixed as it is cracked and has sharp edges. Our daughter and myself both fell victim to it. We were a little hesitant on this hotel after reading some of the reviews here on agoda but were pleasantly surprised once we arrived. BEST value for money. Friendly service. EXCELLENT breakfast (ignore other comments). Superb pool. Beautiful surroundings. For a 3 star motel, you cant do better than the coconut village and we would certainly stay again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Mr T is a local taxi driver who will be your personal driver in his air conditioned car for an entire day for 500 baht. He speaks good english and is very knowledgeable of the area.

Great Staff, Great Location, Great Pool. While the location is great for shopping and beach, its a fair walk to Bangla. Great little hotel. I found it here on Agoda, and after being in Phuket several times decided to give it a go. Its only a hefty walk to Bangla when the slow moving tourists and families decide to dawdle instead of walk. aside from that the service from the reception is great, and the girls are very cute. downside of their attention to detail is they wont miss it if you try to bring a guest into your room at night... and you will pay 600baht each time...
Shopping Tip : Shop early. You will get Morning Price which will save you alot. Although you can barter later in the day, the first sale of the day means alot and is considered Lucky, so they will drop the price to get the sale!

staff has problems with english
no safe !!! the welcome was ok. staff was informed but their englisch is poor. room was ok and clean. everything you need was availible. the room looked cheap but was decent. there was a simple lock on the doors so the breackin security was poor. at checkout someone booked some drinks on our room but they handeled it quickly.
Restaurant Tip : try the restaurants where thai people eat. they are way better and cheaper.

Easy acess to beach, clean pool, super breakfast, comfortable rooms, staff can't do enough for you. Rooms near road can be noisy all night, I booked coco nut based on other peoples reviews on agoda, and also location in relation to beach and shopping. It is close to places yet far enough to be quiet and value for money is excellant. The staff were very helpfull at any hour of the day and also great when it came to advive on where to visit in the short stop over we had, my only regret was not having longer to stay over!
Shopping Tip : On the beach road near to Hagan Dass, just a few shops south you will find a shop with two Burmasse sisters selling casual wear (Ed hardy, Quicksilver) who will spend half a day helping you to buy something the best service I have received in any shop (Im a fussy shopper) and best prices in town!

Worth the price hotel. The two buildings in the inner yard (not nearest to the street) and all on second floor are very nice.
Good tailor in the hotel. Internet and massage. Ground floor rooms have moist moldy smell. Building along the street, very noisy with traffic at night. Slow internet.

Nice and quiet hotel, nice staff, nice pool area. Little hotel and we liked it. Poor breakfast and if you were late not much left anyway. Not much entertainment at the hotel but very near outside it of course if you missed that. Over all, we liked the hotel. It was quite near the center (Patong beach), about 10 minutes by foot and most of the rooms are nice and quiet. When we booked the room I wished for as quiet room as possible and a double bed. Well, at first it didn´t work out and we got the room very near the noisy road (very much traffic because the road leads to the center)and two single beds (it was a standard room and I guess they are all with single beds?). We had the standard room for two nights and after that I had enough of the noise and we wanted to chance the room to deluxe room (situated in more quiet area of the hotel with double bed). It costed a little more but the room was like a heaven after the first one and worth every penny. So we liked our stay in Coconut Village (after changing the room) very much. We could even go there again if we´ll have a holiday there. And surely to deluxe room! I recommend the hotel to everyone who likes a little smaller hotel with peace and quiet.
Restaurant Tip : Nice Irish restaurant at Patong beach (Molly Malone) and also very good beef restaurant Buffalo Steak house -> very good steaks there!!

Cleanliness room, decor dull, unable to flush toilet paper in toilet, some noisy rooms on busy road. Friendly staff central location, booked 3 double rooms and on arrival got 2 twin rooms, staff were able to change after 4th night. some rooms are noisy as on main road. Hotel generally quiet. pool clean, housekeeping a little poor only changed sheets once in 14 day stay, bathroom needed a good scrub, breakfast hot & cold buffet reasonable choice. Unable to flush toilet paper in toilet blocks their system. Hotel a little rundown looks dull & tired especially meals area, no tea/coffe making in rooms.Generally a little overpriced for a 3 star hotel.
Restaurant Tip : great italian style coffee place 250metre walk.

Staff are very friendly and polite, good hotel location, peaceful and quiet, nice swimming pool, very comfortable oil massage Room furnitures are a bit old. Overall me and my wife are very happy and satisfy with our stay in the hotel. Thanks to Agoda!! The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to the beach, and 15-20 minutes walk to Bang La Road. There are a lot of food stalls nearby which are so convinient to us. A very good choice!!

Near to shopping centre and fun-street. Deluce room is big enough, nice, clean, with balcony. Staff was good. Breakfast was very poor, sometimes there was nothing to eat. We had to wait fried eggs so long time that i did not want it anymore. Sometimes there were not clean dishes in the morning, so we had to wait again. No fresh salad in the morning. As I marked the breakfast was poor and i did not like it. Everything took so much time. Pool is small. Bathroom is old. Even the hotel was near to the beach, the water in this side of beach was not clean. You will never know will you get non-smoking room or not, because our friend wanted non smoking room, but as the hotell was full, there was no available non smoking room. The room smelled horrible. I will not visit that hotel again.

Good location, clean, good layout, nice spacious rooms, nice swimming pool........ The room have many mosquitos & use wi-fi internet at room need to pay money. Staff is very nice & they have upgrade my room to deluxe double room. The Hotel was as good as it's description, great location, no disturbances, and I will come again next time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Everything is walking distance from the hotel. Though the hotel is on the Southern tip of Patong beach.
