The hotel was very nice. The price we paid for the room was OK, and the deluxe room was big with everything we needed. The beds were good as well. Nice pool area with bar, and delightful staff. I recommend this hotel highly.

I rested in the studio suite room. Room is very wide and clean but the valve of hot water in the tub can't use. Pool is very good. There are both deep & shallow area including Jacuzzi.
This hotel locates near Patong beach & city. You can walk only about 10 min. to beach & nightlife area.
The breakfast is good taste but less variety.
Restaurant Tip:
Savoey restaurant: the taste is suitable for foreigner but not for Thai people and very expensive.

Simple room with great location

We stayed only for 1 night. It is a nice hotel, the swimming pool area is excellent and the staff is friendly. The location is great and not far from Patong Beach.

Phuket is the place for traveler who likes beach and nightlife. Coconut Hotel located near the Patong beach and night life.

Unfortunately it was not up to my expectations as advertised on the internet.
The rooms were nothing like what was advertised on the website.
The bathroom was un clean and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The photos and reviews on the website did not reflect this at all.
Staff were friendly, but unfortunately had to check out after first night, and lost two night accommodation money.
Also requested Airport Pick-Up which did not happen.

i like this hotel for it's location. i arranged my own transportation and it was easy to find this hotel as it is located on the main street, yet it is not too close to the noisy area of patong bars and pubs. room amenities are limited and cleanliness still need improvement. staff are friendly and breakfast is acceptable.
Restaurant Tip:
Quite close to the food loft but quite a distance to walk to a good authentic Thai restaurant.

A great place for family vacation. It is close to many places to visit during the day and at night time, still it is a way for having a quiet place to relax and spend with the family.
Nightlife Tip:
take a long tour in the main street of the pubs.

but in reach if you are after that. breakfast
minimum two years in a row. standard of service
wi fi is hopeless , food good quality but not enough variety
bangle road about 10 minute walk, shop only at
patong town weekend night market.
Shopping Tip:
Bargain city is phuket town night market.
