Great hotel in a good location
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, rooms were clean, internet is fast, restaurant is great
10
This is best hotel in Chalong in my experience. I booked this hotel having never been to the area and was planning on staying a few days while I checked out other hotels nearby to see if I could find something better. I did not find anything and ended up staying here for 2 weeks.
The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a foreign manager who is also available to help you and who is great.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The wireless internet was very fast and reliable.
The pool was great.
The restaurant was top notch and offered anything you might want.
There is no reason to stay anywhere else if you are training at Tiger Muay Thai.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant at the hotel is fantastic and offers a great and healthy menu. There is really everything that you might want, from pizza to a vegetarian, to a raw food menu.

Beautiful retreat that soothes body and soul
The location - it felt like living in the forest with the comforts of a bed and shower!
10
this is a beautiful little hotel. it is set in the hills in phuket and has been built in the forest. the owners told me it took 8 months to build paths through the forest and build to individual rooms and apartments and they have 3 gardners to maintain it. certainly for the week i was there, there was always someone tending the gardens. this is not the place to go for a wild nightlife, but when you look at how much it can go to some upmarket "chain" hotel spa/ and look at what you get here it is an absolute bargain. the staff are very friendly and helpful, the owners made a point of talking to guests which made it feel more personal and friendly. i will definately be back at some point in the future and cannot recommen it highly enough. if you need time to relax body and soul go here.

Nice hotel, friendly staff

The hotel was unable to provide twin beds as requested, the only option was to pay more for an upgrade. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice quiet area for health and physical training.

Great location with great rooms

Amazing place for a relaxing, training holiday, for any level of fitness regardless of your goals this hotel and area will support you in every manor, the hotel has 2 menus one extra healthy menu and one extra tasty thai menu, both where superb.
There are 3 gyms on the street, all are great value.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Train at phuket top team if you can. the street is full of good gyms, great food and amazing people, the staff are friendly and very helpful. this was easily the best holiday you can have if you are a fightness nut or martial artist.
However it may get boring if your not.

Hidden gem, central location.
Very nice rooms, two pools, very quiet surroundings within the resort, centrally located for access to Patong, Karon, Kata, and Phuket City.
9.7
We were very well looked after. No room service (not even phones in the rooms), but hardly mattered. Excellent and very helpful staff. The hotel is nothing to look at from the entrance, but believe me, it is lovely inside and much bigger than it seems from outside. Enjoyed the stay very much. Our thanks to the entire staff.

Nice Hotel Grounds but Poor Location
2 Great Pools and Lush Landscaping
3.7
the hotel grounds are beautiful and secluded. additionally, two clean pools add to the charm of the hotel. however, the help staff did not speak much english and the check-in was not very warm or welcoming. additionally, upon entering our room we immediately noticed the curtain to the sliding door fell down partially, the lamp was unplugged and the lightbulb did not work, the fridge was not plugged in, and the room safe did not have directions nor were they told to us when we checked in. the location is in a muay thai boxing strip, where many people come to train for boxing. the hotel is not near the ocean, and to get to most locations it costs a lot of money by taxi. we stayed at 3 hotels in thailand, 2 on phuket and 1 on krabi, and we were most disappointed with the location of this one. also, we believe we got food poisoning at the hotel because after eating a lunch and dinner there our family got sick. we chose not to eat there again. not many kids at this hotel, which was a bummer for our daughter.

Great service and great rooms
The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was great and decently priced, and the staff was very friendly and helpful
9.3
i stayed at cocoville with my girlfriend for 5 nights and had a great stay. the resort is very clean and nice, with tropical plants surrounding every room.the food was very good and decently priced. the staff was always helpful and friendly and we had no problems on our stay. the hotel is a ways from the beaches though. you can rent a scooter very cheaply from the hotel, but without a scooter or car it would be very difficult to get to anywhere. all around it was great.
