Exceptional service with comfortable room
wonderful service from 2 kind ladies and their brother!

We are 2 friends from Australia and Brazil and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We only have good things to say! . The 2 outgoing ladies and their brother at the front counter are funny, kind, helpful and take their time to get to know each of their guests. The room was comfortable and we would recommend this hotel to anyone, whatever the age!

staff were amazing, the two ladies that worked behind the desk helped us with everything, from topping up our phones to advice on where to go... even gave us a free gift at the end of our stay... thank yoooooouuuu

Everything is great !!

That is not too much, everything was great.
Great hospitality, with very friendly staff. Great smiles.
Room is spacious (All of us booked twin bed - 6 persons), but our room in 4th floor, no elevator >.< (but they told me will be build it next year, yay!)
They have computer for public, Wifi was great woozzh woozhh, Toiletries was great - free towel, soap, and brush.
The best part is, we are the first traveller from Indonesia, because of this hotel just opened for 3 months.
If we are coming back to Patong - Phuket, this hotel is first priority to stay!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Thai massages near the hotel was great!! 300baht for 1 hour massage, gossshhh !! really nice
Close to Jungceylon, Bangla Rd, Thai Boxing Stadium - only 5 mins walks. Patong beach - 10-15 mins walks, Family Mart 1 minutes.
The souvenir - shop available in front of the hotel, cheap price, and we got discount!
I rent motorbikes for sightseeing because of rainy day, only 200 baht for 24 hours!!

Excellant service and location
Comfy and homely, excellant friendly staff.

lovely hotel, comfy, safe and secure! nice area in patong and good distance from beach, shops and restaurants. staff were really friendly. helped us with accommodation in phi phi, visa information and taxis to the pier. really happy with the serive and would definately go back.

ราคาเหมาะสมกับที่พัก ความสะอาด สะดวกสบาย ใช้ได้ แต่ไม่มีลิฟต์ อาจต้องระวังสำหรับผู้มีปัญหาเรื่องเข่า (แต่ก็พักแค่ชั้น3)
แขกที่เข้าพักส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ จีน เกาหลี กลางคืนมีส่งเสียงดังบ้างตามสไตล์เจ๊กๆจีนๆ
มีนิโกร แขกดำ ก็ต่างคนต่างอยู่ ไม่ต้องตกใจค่ะ
Shopping Tip:
ใกล้ศูนย์การค้าจังซีลอน ไม่ไกลจากหาด การเดินทางสะดวกสบาย แต่เข้าซอยไปซัก 20เมตร อาจต้องโทรสอบถามจุดที่เด่นชัดที่ปากซอยที่จะเลี้ยวเข้า แต่พนักงานก็ช่วยได้มากค่ะ

ที่ตั้งใกล้จังซีลอน ป่าตอง แต่ต้องมีรถถึงจะสะดวก

ตอนจองห้องกับอโกด้า จองได้ แต่พอไปพักจริงกลับมีปัญหา ต้องไปนอนพักอีกที่ ไปเป็นกลุ่มเลยต้องแยกกันนอน แต่ห้องนอนที่ใหม่ถือว่าโอเค สะอาดดี

位置OK,房間同灣仔D酒店一樣大
距離芭東BigC步行10分鐘左右，預訂三天雪櫃飲品全免

地點唔係太方便確定，初次去的朋友多數要問路。入住4F，無電梯...房間比較細，沖涼房無排氣扇，同時鐘酒店一般待遇。
Restaurant Tip:
BigC吃飯自帶飲品會比較經濟。出門行出街口有“闞家”便利店。

去的第一天因为飞机到得晚，入住的时候没有阳台房了，天呐，去了一间没有窗了，真的很臭，一大股霉味。老板人不错，一直道歉，第二天给我们换了一间最好的阳台房。这家酒店很小，房间少，老板人还不错，但是离海滩比较远，而且周围正在修建，环境不太好。
