Heated pool for rainy season would be nice
We booked this hotel last minute, and had no idea where we would end up. It was a pleasant surprise from the start to finish though. The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice and modern. We would definitely come back and stay here again. The location is right in the middle of things. Close to shopping centers, 7/11, and patong beach. (We also had great fun in the kids area, go and check it out, it's kids paradise ;))

.The hotel was located in a very nice area
.Breakfast was really good
Room was not fancy. The step at the door was a main drawback as we were gonna fall several times. Also not to mention the internet which was not free of charge. I would consider it expensive for the price.
The hotel was in a very nice area but rooms need renovation. Good variety of food for breakfast. However, we faced several problems during our stay. The first room they had booked for us was really bad. The balcony was facing a big wall. The room didn't have bathrobe or slippers, there was a cocroach right next to our room door. Anyway, they managed to move us to a better room. The problem that faced us with the other room was that we had booked 2 nights via 2 travel agents. When we got back from PhiPhi island after the first night, we found the key not working and their computer system checked us out and their were none of our documents listed on their pc.
Travel tip : The hotel is close to Jangcylon shopping center

New, clean, spacious, good restaurant
2 swimming pools were not that marvellous
Great hotel for the price, staff friendly. Fairly central and just 5 mins from the lovely beach in Patong. Ground floor swimming pool was small and closed in the inner atrium, pool on the roof was small and with only a few loungers around, few if any umbrellas and extremely exposed - seemed like a forgotten part of the hotel.

• Very boutique-ish • Looks like a 5 star hotel, feels like one too • Relaxing and spacious lobby • Friendly, English-speaking frontliners • 2 swimming pools - one on 3rd and another on rooftop • Extremely modern and comfortable rooms with laminated flooring • Spacious standing 'rain' shower • RJ45 LAN cable provided in room • Comfortable double beds with lots of soft pillows, balcony with swimming pool view • 32" Sharp LCD TV with DVD player in room • Very nice and chic breakfast cafe • Swimming pool comes with pool bar and jacuzzi (EXCELLENT!)
• Satellite TV reception was not really clear • No Wi-Fi access in the room • No Tuk-Tuk shuttle provided to Soi Bangla
I don't really have anything to complain about this hotel. My first stay, and will definitely not be my last. I wished I stayed longer, because the rooms are just absolutely comfortable - worth every money I paid for the room. Room is as shown in the photos on this website. Shower was spacious and it was great to find standing shower instead of the bathtub. I was pleased to know that there were 2 swimming pools, one on the 3rd floor, which is more catered towards families, while the other one on the rooftop is much deeper, but has a great view of Patong. The only complain I can think of was that they really need to improve their TV signal quality on their TV. Everything would have been perfect if they fixed their TV reception. Overall, very pleasant stay and because I stayed low-season - cheap hotel rates, and less crowded. The hotel location is just situated opposite the Holiday Inn, and a walk to Soi Bangla just takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : When in Patong, wear comfortable footwear. You'll need it for walking. As much as you can, walk, because you wouldn't wanna go on the Tuk-Tuk aka Rip-Off-On-Wheels. They charge just too much for such a short distance. I'd avoid it as much as I can.
