too expensive in the bar. 130 bath for a coke, in the store next door i paid 15 bath.
had a really good weekend, nice and relaxes. good service, little slow and didnt understud so much english, ok food but notthing to write home about. very nice pool area, a good familly resort. but still too expensive in the bar for thailand. i can recumend it, and the rooms we got for a good price.

our room was located near the kitchen (apparently we had been upgraded as well). Was woken early with the sounds of breakfast being made very early in the morning!
Overall it was a good experience at the Marriott. We would go back, however we would also want to request a room that is away from the kitchen and service area as we could easily hear what was going on right outside our door. We enjoyed the hotel other than that. Seems like a great place to bring the kids.
