Awful staffs
Stay here for 4 nights. The receptionists are not friendly at all, showing black face and impatient response every time talking to us. They should improve their attitude. Room and pool were not bad. However, room cleaning was disappointed as well, bed sheet has never been changed during my stay. Will not recommend to those who are looking for friendly staff services.

Awesome Staff till you stealing my money and my kindness
Me and my sister stayed for 3 night. Room 506. Everything was perfect till last day. I paid 800 for the hotel to get private taxi. Flight on 930a. I double checked with the front desk girl (she chubby and have teeth bracelet) to make sure the driver does NOT pick no one on the way. She say No. Only us. As we sure we going to airport Driver took us different direction from the airport to pick up someone else while we don't know if it the right way or not of course till we see the hotel. Till I acutely yelled on him to drive now and no wait. He didn't move. And guess what, of course we missed our flight we needed to wait till 4p and he didn't want to give us our money back to pay next flight. And for that the staff get poor service for treating and using guest for not speaking they're language. While I realize hotel taking 200 from the 800 and 600 taxi. So make sure to find someone on the street and sharing pick taxi is 180 baht while hotel taking 250. Make sure to order sharing taxi night before because hotel of course will tell u no space available for u to order private.

Excellent value for money
The rooms are stunning and very clean. The sauna didn't work, but the pool is very nice. Wifi is a bit slow. Will definitely stay here again. Bike rental just opposite the hotel.

4th times staying.
This is our 4th times at De Coze. Still like the cosy feel. We had the deluxe room as usual. Big room big space big balcony. No wardrobe. Quiet, privacy, away from the noisy street. Room still look the same but some of the furnitures are getting old and need a change. Water tap at the bathtub is getting rusty and really need to fix it. Overall a comfortable stay! Definitely will be back again and try other rooms as well.
