Only problem-had booked a Deluxe room and they tried to give me only a Superior Room. I checked what they were giving me was deluxe, and it was not. Good job I asked otherwise I'd have over-payed.

Great cozy hotel in a central location

This is a great hotel in a nice quiet location with most things close by including the central mall/shops and transport. the hotel has a neat swimming pool and good business centre. The breakfast offers good selection of various foods and very fulfilling. The room was fantastic, very clean and a designer bathroom. The only slight downside was communicating with some staff members at times as English was obviously not there first language. Still pleasant and polite though.

It was a comfortable stay, very clean room, modern and large. No issues with facilities and staff attentiveness. However the hotel is a good 10mins drive/ride from the town centre and all the city's attraction i.e. Bangla road, beach etc. You would need a taxi or bike or a 30mins walk. The breakfast salad was not fresh and some vege has gone off plus variety is quite limited. More attention on food quality needed. Otherwise it's quiet, clean and modern.

o we chosed this hotel for a night stay before changing to another resort in different area. we booked a deluxe room, which we find room to be luxurious in which represent a 5 star hotel for this 3 star price.
the deluxe room was big, with nice design. bathroom was nice too. balcony view was good too overlooking the mountain.

so beauful and convenient hotel
nice and big room..clean,,and big space,,there in a nice balcony in our room.. nice breakfast place

we can take a walk to bar street about 10 mins...and around 15 mins to beach.
there some massage store around the hotel..so we can take massage after sun. not expensive

Nice hotel, great service, friendly and very helpful staff, very nice room too but too bad it's a little far from the beach. They do have a free shuttle to the beach which I didn't use. Breakfast is ok nothing special.
